GNDR's mission is to strengthen the resilience of local communities most at risk - helping to prevent hazards from becoming disasters. To do this, we:
- Inspire community-led action that's rooted in the needs and lived experiences of people on the frontline of disaster - Bring together over 1,900 civil society organisations (CSO) members, creating spaces where people can listen, learn and work together to create a safer, more resilient world - Amplify local voices at national, regional and international levels, ensuring their perspectives shape the policies that affect their lives
