We exist to: Create pathways out of homelessness and into a flourishing life
By: Equipping individuals and communities with skills to overcome homelessness.
How? Our four-phased life change intervention includes
1. Change Readiness - Homeless Service Centres providing basic needs and building motivation for change
2. Drug/Alcohol Rehabilitation Drug rehabilitation; Case Management; Shelter & Voluntary work experience
3. Work Readiness (Foundation, Growth & integration) - Transitional accommodation; Skills and on-the-job Training; Case Management and Therapy
4. Independence - Employment & Accommodation Assistance; Follow-up; Individual, Peer and Family Support
