The Humane Society Of Rochester And Monroe County for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc. was founded in 1873. Since the 1950's the Society has been known as Lollypop Farm, its name coming from the then popular Shirley Temple song - On the Good Ship Lollipop. Our mission is to build lifelong bonds between people and animals through education, community outreach programs, and the prevention of cruelty.  We envision a time when our community celebrates the human-animal bond; embraces the mutual benefits therein; and treats all fellow beings with care, compassion and respect.

The Humane Society of Greater Dayton is committed to making our community a place in which all animals are valued. This means keeping them safe from abuse, neglect and other harmful situations. The Austin Humane Society's mission is to provide comprehensive, humane, life-saving animal services, transforming the lives of animals and those who love them. The Austin Humane Society (AHS) is an independent nonprofit shelter that offers comprehensive, humane, life-saving animal services. AHS offers innovative, nationally recognized programs that save the lives of thousands of dogs and cats each year. AHS' approach to addressing the critical needs of animals encompasses finding animals homes through adoption, serving animals and people in times of crisis, preventing future homelessness though spay and neuter programs, and engaging the community to be a part of the solution.

The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society (MHHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been providing shelter for lost, abused and unwanted animals since 1887. The Society is the oldest and largest animal protection organization in New York's Capital Region, receiving an average of over 6,000 animals per year. To carry out our work for the animals, MHHS receives no ongoing funding from federal, state or local governments or any other animal welfare organization. We rely on your generous donations to support our vital services for the animals.

The mission of 4 Paws for Ability is to: - Enrich the lives of children with disabilities by the training and placement of quality, task trained service dogs to provide increased independence for the children and assistance to their families. - Enrich the lives of veterans from recent conflicts who have lost the use of their limbs or their hearing while in active combat. - Educate the public to accept the use of service dogs in public places. - Assist with animal rescue when possible.

The Cleveland APL's mission is to foster compassion and end animal suffering. The Cleveland APL's programs primarily serve Cuyahoga county, but the organization is committed to assisting as many animals and people beyond those borders whenever our resources and capacity for care allow. The animal adoptions program is available to any person who is willing to travel to the Cleveland APL and provide a good, loving home for an animal. By law, the Cleveland APL's jurisdiction for humane law enforcement is limited to Cuyahoga county, Ohio.

The mission of the National Wildlife Federation is to inspire Americans to protect wildlife in a rapidly changing world.

Helen Woodward Animal Center is a private, non-profit organization serving San Diego County where "people help animals and animals help people." With 14 unique programs all dedicated to that mission, the Center provides lifesaving rescue and medical care to thousands of orphan pets yearly, animal assisted therapy to children and adults in need, and humane education to thousands of children, teaching them about the importance of fostering the animal-human bond.
