VISION: While supporting the population in the development of resources a living in a world of limitation, create awareness, knowledge, and resources to plant the seed of social, educational and labor inclusion. THEORY OF CHANGE: If we attend the needs of people with disabilities according to their specific needs and we create awareness to open opportunities for inclusion, this population can earn a living by performing based on their skills and capabilities and live a better life without dependency on others.

Panorama Sostenible Foundation's mission is to overcome the conditions of indignity prevailing in this community with dire social situation, due to lack of opportunities and displacement in order to transform the children and their community into a sustainable and inclusive society; We focus on its vulnerable populations through comprehensive training educational programs that help improve children's lives as well as the community's standard of living and creates conditions for a dignified life, reduce the effects of social corruption while always keeping in mind the preservation of the environment.

En La Poderosa, el cambio lo lideran las personas mas afectadas por la exclusion. Todas las iniciativas son disenadas, implementadas y evaluadas por los propios residentes. No prestamos servicios, sino que desarrollamos capacidades para que las comunidades sean plenamente duenas de sus soluciones. Nuestros valores guian la forma en que nos organizamos, decidimos y actuamos: Las asambleas vecinales autogestionadas impulsan todas las decisiones. Los miembros de la comunidad hablan por si mismos, como portavoces, promotores de salud o fundadores de cooperativas. En toda America Latina, vecinos y voluntarios se unen para defender los derechos y mejorar la vida cotidiana. La solidaridad y el respeto impulsan todo, desde comedores populares hasta centros culturales, cooperativas y escuelas. La Poderosa es un laboratorio de alternativas construidas por la comunidad. Desde cooperativas de economia solidaria hasta presupuestos participativos, estamos probando modelos que desafian los sistemas extractivos y reimaginan como se puede organizar la sociedad.

Over 10 years of experience, we have been working to support young people in Cali who face significant challenges related to poverty, educational inequality, and exposure to violence. We are committed to the integral development of the self through social innovation. We focus on strengthening their potential, building life projects, and developing essential skills.

En Manglar Innato fortalecemos el tejido social de Buenaventura desde la resiliencia y sabiduria de sus comunidades, con las mujeres como protagonistas en la construccion de paz y oportunidades. Desarrollamos proyectos culturales, educativos, de alfabetizacion, turismo responsable, deporte, emprendimiento y cuidado ambiental, integrando saberes ancestrales con herramientas actuales para generar desarrollo inclusivo, preservar la biodiversidad y dignificar la vida. Restaurando las familias Foundation is a non-profit institution that works with other actors (public or private) to contribute to the integral development of children, youth and the family in general, based on the promotion, recognition and defense of their rights. To promote the development of singing skills, music and arts in children and youth with talent, thus educating and contributing to social transformation of the most vulnerable communities within the Metropolitan Area of Medellin. Our work is done with the help of artist teachers who are also committed with the children's formation in values.

Fundacion Bahia y Ecosistemas de Colombia is a non-governmental non-profit organization created with the purpose of cleaning the bay of Cartagena and its surrounding bodies, protecting their ecosystems and promoting the adaptation of the city to climate change. We are an organization that brings together people and institutions with vast experience in the environmental and business sector of the city, committed to improving the bay of Cartagena and the city. The Foundation is guided by the best science available and seeks the financial sustainability of all the projects it undertakes. Our basic lines of action are: Improve water quality of the bay and surrounding bodies; Protection and restoration of key species and ecosystems for the health of the bay and nearby bodies; and Actions to adapt or mitigate climate change in the city.
