Founded in 1977, Childsplay's mission is to create theatre so strikingly original in form, content or both, that it instills in young people an enduring awe, love and respect for the medium, thus preserving imagination and wonder, those hallmarks of childhood that are the keys to the future.

For over 25 years, Create Now has empowered underserved communities and youth from ages 3 to 24 through a variety of programs while also providing tons of events and activities outside of the class room. We give youth exposure to events, and trips to venues and locations that they aren't usually used to. We believe that all youth, regardless of their economic background, should have access to the same educational and creative opportunities. The mission of the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation is to further the pioneering work of Alvin Ailey by establishing an extended cultural community which provides dance performances, training, and community programs for all people. As important as its artistic and educational mission, this performing arts community plays a social role, using the beauty and humanity of the African-American heritage and other cultures to unite people of all races, ages and backgrounds.

Dizzy Feet Foundation was founded in 2009 by producer Nigel Lythgoe and director Adam Shankman, among others to support, improve, and increase access to dance education in the United States. Guided by a board representing all aspects of the American dance community, the foundation's mission is threefold: 1. To sponsor, fund, and/or support dance education programs which expose children in low-income areas to the lifelong benefits of dance education through and with local community organizations. 2. To provide scholarships to talented students studying at accredited or nationally regarded dance schools, studios, or institutions. 3. In conjunction with recognized credentialing organizations, to support and increase the quality of all styles of dance education in the United States.

The mission of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association is to perform, present, and promote music in its many varied forms at the highest level of excellence to a large and diverse audience.

Our mission is simple: we inspire young people to discover the power of their voice. Using one-on-one mentorship, low-income students learn how to write original stories and see them brought to life on stage and film. Thanks to thousands of volunteer mentors, actors, and professional teaching artists, we serve more than 60 public schools in Los Angeles and New York City, reaching 1,200 students in elementary, middle, and high school each year. As a result, young people learn that their voice matters.
