The Center for Wooden Boats promotes northwest maritime heritage through education, interpretation and hands-on experience in building, maintaining and using small craft.

The mission of the National Medal of Honor Museum and its attendant education center is to commemorate the stories of our Medal of Honor recipients, unite Americans around what it means to be patriotic, and inspire us to find the hero within ourselves. At a time when Americans yearn for common ground, visitors will appreciate the deeds our best and bravest have done in defense of our liberty and the virtue of putting service over self.

The Marin Museum of Contemporary Art connects art, community, and artistic expression. The Museum is a vibrant arts center located at Hamilton Field. We offer free contemporary art exhibitions that showcase local, national, and international artists. The museum has a main gallery as well as the Ron Collins lobby gallery, a museum store, an education program, and artist studios. Over 55 artists have working studios in four buildings that provide an atmosphere of creative energy in which contemporary art flourishes.

The Dennison Railroad Depot Museum preserves and interprets the railroad and World War II “homefront” history of Dennison, Ohio. It collects and exhibits artifacts, operates museum exhibits and historic rail cars, and offers educational programs and events to share the town’s railroad/WWII heritage with visitors and the local community.

Holocaust Museum Houston is dedicated to educating people about the Holocaust, remembering the 6 million Jews and other innocent victims and honoring the survivors' legacy. Using the lessons of the Holocaust and other genocides, we teach the dangers of hatred, prejudice and apathy. Our Vision We envision a society that transforms ignorance into respect for human life, that remembers the Holocaust and affirms an individual's responsibility for the collective actions of society. The Association raises funds and leads the capital campaign to design, build, and support the National Coast Guard Museum in New London so the public can learn about U.S. Coast Guard history, operations, and contributions; it also develops educational programming and community engagement around the museum.
