The business of music is tough, and it’s only gotten tougher. Changes in the music industry have left many behind including underground legends, session players, and even the big names themselves. When age, illness, or disaster threatens a long career, many have nowhere to turn. These musicians have been saving us with their music our entire lives. These are dignified people who never think to ask for help. Their lifesaving programs turn despair into hope.

from the website: Navarasa Dance Theater's mission is to make the arts accessible to all through performances, classes and social awareness. We believe that the performing arts are a source of inspiration for society, a means of expression and an integral part of every person's life. Art is not just a pastime of the privileged; it is a necessity for all. Furthermore, Navarasa Dance Theater believes that art is an effective and powerful medium to create awareness and to mobilize people for positive social change. Navarasa works with all forms of arts to create social justice awareness and to empower people, especially people of color and people from low-income communities. Navarasa Dance Theater offers classes in Bharatanatyam Classical Dance, Kalari ppayattu Martial Arts, Yoga (in-studio and online); as well as workshops in Aerial dance Mallakhamb rope and pole, Ways of Expression (Story telling through your body), Physical Theater for Emotional Expression, Contemporary Dance in a multi-cultural world, Acting for Dancers, Movement for Actors, and Voice. Navarasa's Dance for Everyone program offers free training and scholarships in performing arts for low-income students of dance and martial arts, with programs in Kerala, India; Boston, MA and Los Angeles, CA. Navarasa's touring dance theater company has performed in Asia, North America and Europe for almost 20 years.

StarStruck Theatre is a non-profit Children’s Performing Arts Center that enhances the lives of children and their families by providing a safe and educational space for growth and performance thereby creating citizens of exemplary character in our community and beyond.

Settlement Music School's mission is to provide children and adults in the Philadelphia region with high quality instruction and activity in music and the related arts. Settlement's programs help students achieve artistic, educational and social goals. Sarasota Music Conservatory is dedicated to providing the highest standard of music education and performance programs to all the children of our community. Through private lessons, master-classes, recitals and interaction between world class professional musicians and aspiring young talents, we bring to the community the only Music Conservatory in South West Florida. We engage and inspire music students through excellence in educational, artistic and cultural programs; and nurture talent, self-confidence, and discipline through the learning of music.

The Harmony on the Sound Chorus is dedicated to the creative expression of the art of barbershop style singing. By sharing vocal harmony, the chorus provides enjoyment, challenge and opportunity for growth through education, fellowship, performance and community involvement.

The New American Theatre (NAT) is dedicated to nourishing, educating and inspiring our community towards a thoughtful and humane worldview through our programming of plays. We nurture theatre artists by offering a safe harbor to work and study the craft of acting, directing, and writing through live theatre performance.

OPERA San Antonio OPERA San Antonio is a registered non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code and classified as a public charity under Sub-Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) . OPERA SA is a company dedicated to producing world-class productions of the greatest and most compelling operatic masterpieces of the past and present. The company’s mission is to enhance the value and reputation of performing arts in San Antonio while simultaneously developing its audience through outreach, education and engagement.

Programs at GiGi’s Playhouse offer foundational learning opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community. GiGi’s Playhouse programs  are a place for parents/caregivers to share ideas and network with one another. We invite caregivers to communicate their needs, questions and concerns with one another, and promote connections to be made in support of each other. GiGi’s programs embrace the family and help aid the development of a healthy, successful relationship between parents, individuals with Down syndrome and siblings. GiGi’s Playhouse programs support families in developing high expectations for their son or daughter with Down syndrome. Many families are blindsided by a diagnosis of Down syndrome in pregnancy or at birth. GiGi’s programs aim to help parents overcome the diagnosis and maintain high expectations for their child to achieve success in social, educational and employment opportunities in the future.  Our staff and volunteers support parents in maintaining high expectations, even through challenging periods of time. By encouraging their child to follow routines and participate fully, parents take a big step in recognizing their child’s potential.
