JFSA is a private, non-profit social service organization serving members of the Jewish and broader communities in the Lower Mainland. We provide resources and opportunities to strengthen and enhance the quality of life of individuals and of families.Our purpose is to serve the Jewish community. We anticipate, identify and respond to societal and community issues and to individual needs.

Your gift helps us provide life-saving and life-enhancing services to both the Jewish and wider Edmonton communities. We welcome people of every origin, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, ability, status, etc. We offer clinical counselling, advocacy, settlement assistance, bereavement support, and outreach to seniors. JVS Toronto is a non-profit organization that helps people from all backgrounds with diverse needs to identify their strengths and goals, develop skills, and achieve success in school, work and life. We offer an expansive range of employment-related, educational and social support programs and services for newcomers, youth, children, people with disabilities, the unemployed and the underemployed.

The Calgary John Howard Society is a community-based charitable organization dedicated to reducing the incidence of crime and increasing community safety through preventative and restorative justice practices. To accomplish these ends, we provide: Direct services to individuals at risk Advocacy for effective responses to crime and the individuals involved Education for youth and adults in the community

Founded in 1929, The John Howard Society of the Lower Mainland is a well-established and highly reputable agency promoting community safety by supporting persons involved with, or at risk of being impacted by, the criminal justice system. Although our traditional client base is those persons who are in conflict with the law, we have developed an expertise in supporting persons with complex needs facing multiple barriers or who are considered hard to house. Our services include operating a spectrum of housing options under contract with the CSC, with Community Living British Columbia, or operated by the Society. We support clients in a number of areas including providing and assisting with finding housing; support with anger management; addiction, mental illness, and developmental disabilities, assistance with reintegration and with learning how to be responsible for themselves.

A non-profit, social service agency in Ontario Canada, JHS is dedicated to equipping individuals and families with the tools they need to succeed in life. This includes Employment, Housing, Counselling, Anger Management, Parenting, Harm Reduction, Adult Education, our DADS program, and more. Many of our services are free. JHS Durham has been serving the community since 1962 and works with thousands of individuals each year.

Founded in 1983, KEYS has provided Kingston and communities in Eastern Ontario with a variety of dynamic employment programs and services. Our expertise in helping individuals to attain their employment goals extends to a diverse population; including: mature workers, persons with disabilities, youth, students and newcomers to Canada. Whether our clients need support to identify a career; to learn job search techniques; to build an effective resume and cover letter; to practice interview skills or to access training funding to increase their marketability, KEYS is the Community Employment Centre. Providing crime prevention services for over 60 years, the John Howard Society is a non-profit organization with branches located in all major cities across Canada. The Society offers programs that aim to reduce recidivism among people who have been in trouble with the law and prevent delinquent behaviour among youth who may be at risk of offending. Junior Achievement of Central Ontario has provided hands-on experiences which help young people understand the economics of life since 1968. In partnership with educators and volunteers, Junior Achievement brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential, serving nearly 70,000 students in Central Ontario in 2008-2009 alone. Through the generous support of our volunteers and donors Junior Achievement provides relevant financial literacy and entrepreneurial programs. Every program is delivered by trained and inspiring volunteers who share their practical experience to encourage students to stay in school and to pursue their dreams.
