The University operates on two campuses in Lodi and Rutherford, New Jersey. The University is one of the institutions of higher learning conducted by the Felician Sisters in the United States. Founded by the Felician Sisters of Lodi, New Jersey, it began as Immaculate Conception Normal School with the first summer session commencing on July 5, 1923.

The Foundation's Primary Mission Is To Accept And Manage Gifts To Suny Delhi, To Make Grants Of Financial Assistance To Suny Delhi Students, And To Assist In Advancing The Welfare, Personal And Professional Growth Of The Faculty And Staff At Suny Delhi.

Traditionally a college for women, and one of the first colleges to confer a college degree to women, SEU was founded by the Sisters of Charity in 1899, with a mission to be a community of learning in the Catholic liberal arts for students of diverse ages, backgrounds, and cultures. Vermont Higher Education Collaborative’s mission is to collaborate with Vermont’s higher education institutions, state & local agencies and other organizations to make quality preparation, training and support programs accessible to schools, early childhood and human service providers, educators and educators-to-be. VT-HEC seeks out experts in each field it addresses to work together to design and deliver high-quality learning opportunities and supports in areas of critical need that could not be delivered by one organization alone and that help ensure the success of every child and student.

CANISIUS COLLEGE IS A PRIVATE, INDEPENDENT ROMAN CATHOLIC COLLEGE, GOVERNED BY AN INDEPENDENT SELF PERPETUATING BOARD OF TRUSTEES UNDER A CHARTER GRANTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE COLLEGE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
