Berea College is a not-for-profit institution providing liberal arts education to students with limited family financial resources primarily from the Southern Appalachian Mountain region. All Students are provided a full tuition scholarship and, accordingly, the College is dependent on gifts and donations to help provide a low cost but high quality eductation. The College has one campus located in Berea, Kentucky with an enrollment of approximately 1,600 students and approximately 450 non-student employees.
