The mission of the ACCE Institute is to improve the lives of low income and working families in California by carrying out and supporting work that fosters community improvement and civic participation. The ACCE Institute conducts research on critical issues of concern to low- and moderate-income communities, educates the public and policy-makers about these issues, and provides capacity-building trainings to individuals and organizations. Additionally, the ACCE Institute works to increase the civic engagement of low–and – moderate income communities by helping local organizations develop non-partisan civic engagement efforts that encourage active public citizenship and voting in low and moderate-income communities.

founded in 2007, Reclaim Leadership comes alongside Christian Pastors, Missionaries, and other ministry leaders to infuse hope and biblical perspective for them to stay the course of ministry by providing Recalibration Retreats and Professional Ministry Coaching.

The mission of the Community Music School is to make quality music instruction available to interested children from low income families in order to enhance their lives through participation in the music community.

The Los Angeles County High School for the Arts Foundation (LACHSA Foundation) incorporated in 1984 “to promote the arts and the advancement of young artists by raising and distributing funds for the establishment and operation of a public arts high school in Los Angeles County.”  Each school year, the Foundation raises critical funding to bridge the gap between public education funding and the school's needs to provide an exemplary, tuition free, conservatory-style arts education for their more than 500 public school students. The Foundation also works to celebrate and promote the work of LACHSA's students and alumni who contribute to the world with their diverse, creative, and innovative talent.

Blue Bear School of American Music was founded by a rock band in the early '70's. Why not teach Rock instead of Bach, the Blues instead of Beethoven? Including solid music theory courses along with professional mentoring, electric Band Workshops and Songwriting courses, Blue Bear continues to offer high quality popular music education at affordable prices to music lovers of all ages. Scholarships are awarded annually to promising talent ages 12-22, funded by contributions from individuals, music industry professionals and businesses. Blue Bear has an active outreach programs serving at-risk kids in the Bayview and Tenderloin districts and runs after-school music programs at over 15 sites in San Francisco. Because all children deserve excellent teachers, the Golden Apple Foundation advances the teaching profession by recognizing excellent teachers, leveraging their thinking and efforts to improve education, recruiting and preparing prospective teachers with a special emphasis on schools of need, and providing teachers access to innovative resources.
