Most leaders in these areas burn out in 5 years, so we come alongside to help them not only survive but thrive for the long run needed to see revitalization. The mission of the Innovation Show Choir is to inspire and nurture young people as they strive for artistic excellence while instilling a lifelong appreciation of the choral and dance arts. Through dedication to the rehearsal and performance process, members will develop valuable skills including leadership, self confidence, teamwork, and pride of accomplishment, thereby enriching their lives and the lives of residents throughout the Santa Clarita Valley community and beyond.

To inspire, teach, protect and empower others, especially young people, to become leaders in their communities. We provide opportunities to engage in hands-on work in developing communities and partner with other organizations that share a similar mission.

To broaden existing workforce educational initiatives that provide the dept of labor performance based outcomes for at-risk and disconnected youth ages 14-24 who have selected careers in the technical performing arts, information technology, cosmetology and barbering.
