PROVIDE EDUCATION AND CHILD CARE FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO MAINTAIN, MANAGE AND OPERATE A NURSERY SCHOOL AND CHILD CARE CENTER FOR CHILDREN IN THE HARTFORD COUNTY AREA.

The PRC's mission is to provide first connections to young children and their families. We aim to provide early education enrichment opportunities at affordable prices to all of our community's families. Operating in an economically and culturally diverse area, the PRC brings families together in a supportive environment where parents and caregivers can share the joys and challenges of raising young children while their children play, experiment and learn in a safe and nurturing environment.

The mission of Blythedale Children’s Hospital is to improve the health and quality of life of children. Founded in 1891 and based in Westchester County, Blythedale serves over 2,000 children in the New York City region each year, treating children of all ages and backgrounds through inpatient care, outpatient and day hospital services, and community-based therapy. More than two-thirds of our inpatients are from low-income households in New York City, and we serve all families regardless of their ability to pay.  Our multidisciplinary team has the expertise to improve the outlook for children who have a wide range of medical conditions and physical trauma, such as brain injuries, cancer, cerebral palsy, organ transplants, ventilator dependency, burn recovery, and rare diseases that no other specialty hospital in New York is equipped to handle. Blythedale is also the only children’s hospital in New York State with its own public school district on site, ensuring that our young patients can experience childhood in as normal a way as possible.

The mission of the Books for Kids Foundation is to promote literacy among all children with a special emphasis on low-income and at-risk preschool-aged children. Books for Kids creates libraries, donates books, and implements literacy programs to develop the critical early foundation and skills which young children need to be successful in life.

Princeton Nursery School (PNS) is an educational preschool and child care facility for children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 5 years. Located at 78 Leigh Avenue , PNS is nestled in the heart of the John Witherspoon community of Princeton, Mercer County, NJ. Celebrating 89 years of service to the community, it is the mission of Princeton Nursery School to provide a quality preschool education program and child care for families in need, providing a diverse environment and a broad array of support services. Each classroom has a minimum two teachers, including one who is bilingual.

Better Beginnings has been serving the Hightstown-East Windsor area since 1967, providing subsidized childcare, giving parents the opportunity to be employed, self-supporting, contributing members of their community, while maintaining a safe, healthy learning environment for children. Our mission is to provide high quality, affordable childcare program that contributes to the educational, physical, social and character development of individual children in a safe and healthy environment, while giving their parents the ability to remain employed or attend a full time training/education program, thereby having the opportunity to be self-supporting and contributing members of the community.

The mission of Children's Day School is to provide the best in high quality, affordable early childhood care and education which is enjoyable, stimulating, and age appropriate for infants and children six-weeks to five-years of age. Children's Day School is an inclusive environment. All children are accepted without regard to race, gender, religion, and ethnic origin. CDS is a co-educational, independent, and non-profit preschool.

Fully accredited by the state of New Jersey, MELC seeks to foster independence, trust and self-esteem as each child develops according to his or her potential. MELC is a non-profit organization, governed by an independent board.
