Squash Haven provides individually directed academic enrichment and squash instruction to New Haven public school students in fifth grade through high school. Through intensive tuition-free academic and squash sessions at Yale University, Squash Haven supports New Haven youth to achieve school success, physical fitness, athletic excellence, and access to compelling academic and summer opportunities. 

Project Write Now is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit transforming individuals, organizations, and communities through writing. Since 2014, we’ve been committed to building a vibrant writing community for youth and adults. We provide a wide range of fee-based classes, editorial services, and literary events.At the heart of our mission is our outreach programs for underserved communities. These programs—which are offered free of charge or for a reduced rate—help youth and adults develop the writing and communication skills needed to build resilience, pursue personal growth, and achieve academic or professional success.

The U.S. Association for International Migration (USAIM) is the nonprofit partner of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the United States. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, USAIM seeks to empower migrants. Through outreach, education, and fundraising USAIM aims to raise awareness about the reality of migration while encouraging positive action. Communities In Schools (CIS) is the nation’s leading dropout prevention organization, with a mission to surround students with a community of support empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. For more than 30 years, CIS has connected needed community resources with schools. By bringing caring adults and a wide variety of services into schools to address children’s unmet needs, CIS provides a linkbetween educators and the community. The results of CIS’s model are that teachers are free to teach and students, many at risk of dropping out, have the opportunity to focus on learning. To help students stay in school, we identify and bring together in one place – public schools – all the resources and services available in the community that kids need to be successful. These services vary from one community to the next and from state to state and address specific needs such as academic support, mentoring, health care, family strengthening, career development, summer and after-school programs, alternative education models, and service learning. Today, the CIS network is comprised of nearly 5,000 passionate professionals working in close to 200 local affiliate nonprofits in 27 states and the District of Columbia, as well as 53,000 community volunteers, serving 1.2 million young people in more than 2,400 schools around the nation.

Through the highest-quality holistic education, we equip youth to become leaders in their communities. IEFT operates Orkeeswa School, a community- based secondary school located in an under- served Maasai village in the Monduli Hills of northern Tanzania. By offering our students a diverse array of programs, opportunities and resources, we are developing a generation of well-rounded and inspired leaders in Orkeeswa Village, who are equipped and motivated to make a positive impact on their communities. Each member of IEFT's international and Tanzanian staff is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of Orkeeswa's over 270 students.

Mustard Seed Communities (MSC) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable populations in society. Founded in 1978, MSC provides care to children and adults with physical and mental disabilities, children affected by HIV/AIDS, teenage mothers, impoverished families, and marginalized communities throughout Jamaica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, and Zimbabwe.

PPGP’s mission is to uphold the standard for providing high-quality sexual and reproductive health care; provide education that promotes informed, proud, and authentic sexuality; and change the culture through proactive advocacy to ensure equality in reproductive and sexual decisions.

New Visions for Public Schools, founded in 1989, is the largest education reform organization dedicated to improving the quality of education children receive in New York City's public schools. Based on a nearly 20-year track record, we have been chosen to provide intensive support to 76 public schools across the city, serving over 35,000 students in total. Our mission is simple: help each of our schools raise the bar for themselves and their students, so that students graduate from high school prepared to succeed in college and careers.

VirginiaFIRST is the Virginia-based affiliate of US FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), a non-profit international educational mentoring organization. VirginiaFIRST promotes FIRST's mission to: * inspire young people to be science and technology leaders by engaging them in exciting team-based, mentor-based programs that build skills in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM); * promote the spirit of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship; * foster well-rounded life capabilities; * help today's youth acquire the knowledge and skills needed to compete in the technologically-driven global economy; * encourage students (ages 6-18) to pursue studies in the sciences, engineering and technology at the college, graduate and post-graduate levels leading to careers in related technical fields. It is a goal of VirginiaFIRST to make FIRST's programs available to all Virginia youth.
