Trafalgar School for Girls, founded in 1887, is an independent school offering a secondary school education to girls. A small school of 210 students, our strength lies in our ability to truly get to know each girl and to allow her a variety of opportunities to build on her strengths and understand and cope with her weaknesses. Activities include the arts, athletics, special interest groups, and community service with student initiative and leadership being critical to the success of these programs. Bursaries are available due to the generosity of parents and alumnae.

Established and operated by the students of Trent University, Trent Radio is designed with the production of exceptional radio in mind. Trent Radio's programmers are by definition amateurs - that is, they do radio for the love of it. Trent Radio is an organisation where people are learning and creating together. Its aims and objectives include producer-oriented programming and broad community participation for the production of creative local radio which reflects and animates Peterborough area communities, and sends out a clear signal of Peterborough's vigour and vibrancy to the world beyond.

Today Trent is consistently one of the highest-ranked undergraduate universities in Canada, according to annual independent rankings. While our work is national and international in scope, Triune Arts is a charity of Ontario based members who discount or donate their professional services. We receive generous discounts and donations from suppliers to the film, theatre and video industry as well as grants from the public and private sectors. Income is generated through tuition from workshops and from distribution of film and video productions. As it heads into its thirtieth year of operation, Triune Arts continues to specialize in developing film, video, multimedia, music and theatre related projects and developing communications skills for professionals.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress UCC represents the Ukrainian Canadian community before the people and Government of Canada, promotes linkages with Ukraine and identifies and addresses the needs of the Ukrainian community in Canada to ensure its continued existence and development for the enhancement of Canada's socio-cultural fabric. Currently there are well over 1.2 million Canadians of Ukrainian background living in Canada. The Ukrainians first settled in Canada in the 1880’s and have developed strong communities in every region of Canada.

Founded in 1981, Nature Québec is a non-profit organization bringing together people and organizations interested in protecting the environment and working to encourage sustainable development practices. Central to its mission accomplishment, Nature Québec’s volunteer-based Environmental Commissions are mandated to address issues within their respective areas of expertise. At present, six commissions operate in the following key areas: agriculture, biodiversity, energy, forestry, protected areas, and water.

Founded in 1945 as the Unitarian Service Committee of Canada, USC is a voluntary organization working to promote strong, healthy, and just communities in developing countries. We work with partner organizations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to strengthen community livelihoods, promote food security, and support peoples’ actions for social justice and equality. In Canada, we build awareness and support for international social change through public education and policy dialogue.

UMEI Christian High School is located in Leamington,Ontario and was founded in 1945. UMEI offers a wholistic education, providing for the spiritual, intellectual and physical needs of the students in the surrounding community. Strong Christian teachers, certified by the Ontario College of Teachers,and other staff members seek to partner with Christian families and churches in nurturing the academic and spiritual well-being of each student. UMEI is an inspected and accredited private school, following the curriculum as set out by the Ontario Ministry of Education.

UNA-Canada strives for a better world. We focus on the UN issues of peace and security, sustainable development, human rights, and global cooperation. We work directly with youth and educators, building the capacity of young Canadians able to effect positive global change. We foster Canadian support for the UN and the values that drive it - freedom, equity, tolerance, non-violence, respect for nature and shared responsibility. We also help define foreign policy priorities for the Canadian Government. OUR FUNDS: General - supports national projects; Membership - is both national and local; Projects - supports specific national projects/programmes; Reserve - invested, providing ongoing national support; Branch - supports local volunteer-driven initiatives.

The University of Lethbridge is a Board-governed institution functioning under the Universities Act as a member of the system of Alberta universities. It offers instructional programs at the Bachelor's level in the humanities, the social sciences, the natural sciences, and mathematics within its Faculty of Education, Fine Arts, Health Sciences, Management, and Nursing. At the graduate level, The University of Lethbridge offers a master of Education (MEd), Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MSc) and a special case Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). USMC is a Catholic institution of higher learning founded by the Congregation of St Basil & expanded by cooperation with the Sisters of St Joseph & the Sisters of Loretto.
