The mission of Shirley Heinze Land Trust is to preserve and restore natural lands and waters in northwestern Indiana, and to engage people in nature and conservation.

The Land Trust Alliance is the voice of the land trust community. As the national leader in policy, standards and education, we work passionately to support land trusts across America so they can save more land and better serve their communities.The Alliance is committed to building the constituency for conservation. Our team focuses on building the communication capacity of land trusts while using the Alliance’s communication channels to build public support and political influence in favor of private land conservation. At the same time, we work to elevate and promote the work of the Alliance and its programs to our members, funders and other key stakeholders.

In order to guarantee all Americans quality places to hunt and fish, they strengthen laws, policies, and practices affecting fish and wildlife conservation by leading partnerships that influence decision-makers.

THEIR MISSION: "As a community based organization, our goal is to beautify our neighborhood, celebrate diversity, and contribute to the well being of our community through gardening. We acknowledge that the beautification of our parks and public spaces dramatically impacts our quality of life, improves the health if citizens, lowers crime and drug related activity and spawns neighborhood revitalization."

To provide funding to preserve the natural resources and scenic beauty of the Pisgah Ranger District and to enhance the recreational experience of all visitors to Pisgah.

Scenic Rivers Land Trust works with landowners and other partners to conserve natural and scenic areas in Anne Arundel County. We work with landowners and other partners to conserve natural and scenic areas through landowner education and by holding and facilitating land protection agreements.We work within the Herring Bay and Severn, South, Patuxent, Rhode and West River watersheds. To date, Scenic Rivers holds over 65 conservation easements across Anne Arundel County, totaling more than 3,000 acres.

Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment (ACE) promotes stewardship of our natural resources and practical solutions to a sustainable lifestyle in order to protect water, air, and open spaces in the Arlington community.

Protecting wildlife through field research, education and habitat conservation.

Our present mission is the health, education, and general welfare of orphan children in Ukraine, Nicaragua, and Colombia. Our work includes assistance with basic needs, education, medical care, and self-sufficiency projects. Our Hosting Program offers significant long-term change by allowing orphaned children to travel to the United States with the potential for adoption or consistent sponsorship.

THE FOUNDATION EXISTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPPORTING THE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE LEWIS GINTER BOTANICAL GARDEN.

The Eno River Association is an accredited 501(c)3 non-profit land trust that protects the natural, cultural and historic resources of the Eno River basin in northern Durham and Orange counties. We have been instrumental in creating five public parks: Eno River State Park, Occoneechee Mountain State Natural Area, West Point on the Eno Durham City Park, Penny’s Bend Nature Preserve, and the Little River Regional Park. We continue to acquire land and secure easements for recreation and to protect water quality, wildlife, farms, and forests.
