Adirondack Wildlife is a rehabilitation and education organization whose mission is to take in, rehabilitate, and return to the wild when possible. Our mission statement is made possible with the aid of local veterinarians and volunteers. In addition, we run educational programs and presentations, primarily working with non-releasable native species. We promote compassion, tolerance and understanding of wildlife, particularly with conservation, ecological principles, and sustainable management. Adirondack Wildlife, Inc. is a 501 C3 non-profit open to the public maintaining a mile-long, guided, interpretive trail and conducting interactive presentations. We have no Federal, State or Local Funding, and are completely funded by donations.

Bring positive changes and sustainable development in the lives of poor and marginalized pastoralist communties in Afar Regional State of Ethiopia through the implementation of livelihoods improvement and sustainable development projects.

Empowerment of marginal farmers especially the youth by implementing an integrated program of water, agro-forestry, health and sanitation support, nutrition and community organizing. Capacity-building, local leadership development and gender and development cuts across our initiatives. Asset-Based Community Development with Equity Foundation (ABCDE Foundation) believes In "empowering local communities" so that they are able to contribute fully to the life of the community and live dignified lives." The ABCDE Foundation's work is focused specifically on the poorest of the poor as the main object and subject of development. We assist the marginalized poor such as farmers, fishermen, rural workers and out-of-school-youth to attain better quality of life through relevant programs and projects. We help provide training and research on the sustainable management and conservation of the environment and natural resources for and by LGUs, people's organizations, other NGO's and national government agencies. We showcase and demonstrate best management practices on local social mobilization, low external input agriculture and the promotion of resource-based livelihoods. We link with donors and partners in order to effectively run its programs and projects.

The main goal of ALEY-NM is to empower the local youths in Mindanao, give them hope and roots in the barrios where they are living by making the barrios productive, vibrant and a repository of local knowledge at the same time improving the local biodiversity by nurturing the land in a low-external input system (as opposed to high-chemical agriculture) and incorporating crop-trees-animals in a nutrient-cycle, sustainable manner. The organization promotes ecological sanitation and the use of human waste (urine and feces) as fertilizer for the plants realizing that chemical fertilizer harms the environment and knowing that human waste contains valuable nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphate ideal for food security. The ALEY-NM is a winner of the 2010 Ten Accomplished Youth Organization in the Philippines and an awardee of the "Saka" (agriculture) award by the Department of Agriculture. It is the production and marketer of SaniFert (short for sanitation-fertilizer) which is a combination of biochar, feces, effective micro-organisms urine and animal waste.

The Public-Private Alliance Foundation (PPAF), a non-profit organization, promotes the United Nations Global Goals and a business approach for poverty alleviation through projects and seminars involving multi-stakeholder cooperation. PPAF engages in work on clean cookstoves and fuel, agribusiness, public health, microfinance & remittances, renewable energy and other aspects of sustainable development.

Orb Media is a nonprofit journalism organization dedicated to telling stories that matter to billions of people around the globe. Fusing original research and data analysis, on-the-ground multi-country reporting, and social journalism - turning the public into a reporting resource - Orb Media examines systemic issues that cross national and cultural divides. We publish in partnership worldwide with agenda-setting media to catalyze global public dialogue to generate constructive change. Orb is fully digital and we deliver incisive and compelling stories in multiple formats and languages, making them accessible to anyone with a cell phone, tablet or computer.

Our mission is to work with partners to mobilize resources, provide training and conduct research to improve the physical and psychological health of individuals in communities in Kenya. Our driving force is to see healthy communities irrespective of their socioeconomic status.
