Forest Trends' mission is to conserve forests and other ecosystems through the creation and wide adoption of a broad range of environmental finance, markets, and other payment and incentive mechanisms. Forest Trends does so by: 1) Providing transparent information on ecosystem values, finance, and markets through knowledge acquisition, analysis, and dissemination; 2) convening diverse coalitions, partners and communities of practice to promote environmental values and advance development of new markets and payment mechanisms; and 3) demonstrating successful tools, standards, and models of innovative finance for conservation.

The Global Knowledge Initiative's mission is to forge, optimize, and sustain problem-solving networks that use science, technology, and innovation to deliver transformative solutions. Three core functions underpin GKI's efforts to unleash Collaborative Innovation: locating resources, enabling sustainable partnerships by training on the tools, skills, and processes needed for Collaborative Innovation, and connecting people and resources together into durable, solution-driven networks.

Georgia Organics is a member supported, non-profit organization connecting organic food from Georgia farms to Georgia families. We believe food should be community-based, not commodity-based. An outgrowth of a grower’s association established in the 1970s, Georgia Organics is devoted to promoting sustainable foods and local farms in Georgia. A sustainable local food system is critical to the future of Georgia’s health, environment, and economy. Recognizing this vital need, Georgia organics builds supply through grower education and outreach, and grows demand on the consumer and business end by encouraging market opportunities for local food. We have three key goals: increase the number of organic and sustainable farmers in Georgia, increase the number of children participating in farm to school programs, and increase the number of Georgians eating local, organic food.

The Source of Synergy Foundation (SOSF) was founded in 2007 as a 501c3 not-for-profit educational organization whose purpose is to synergize individuals, organizations and efforts by tapping into the infinite source of collective consciousness, creativity and potential for the common good. Vision: In America Solidaria, we envision a continent where all children and adolescents have what they need to grow, learn, and fulfill their potential. We see it as our shared responsibility as citizens of this region to make this vision a reality by mobilizing a network of highly skilled fellows. Mission: Mission America Solidaria promotes regional development throughout the Americas, strengthening local initiatives through year-long service projects in nonprofit organizations working to alleviate youth poverty through a focus on education, health, and/or economic empowerment. Our projects create lasting change by influencing public opinion and policy and helping shape future professionals, increasing the standard of living and supporting growth in the region.

MISSION: To undertake programs, projects and activities aimed at fulfilling the all round developmental needs of rural and tribal women that are in consonance with the vision of the organization that reads as "Emergence of empowered rural and tribal women with equality of rights, freedom of expression, and with a deep concern for the suffering irrespective of caste, creed, religion, race and language differences" Goal - Empowered rural communities with people developed in all aspects of life and have the knowledge and skills to decide for themselves and do not attribute everything that happens in their life to fate and destiny. The main aims of the organization are: To equip women with knowledge and skills that would help them manage all their affairs on their own - In other words, help women attain empowerment; To capacitate women through leadership development, community organization, promotion of self-help groups: To organize skill development and income generating programs and allow participation of women in all stages of project implementation that included monitoring and evaluation; To strive for a gender just society where women have the knowledge, right, freedom and capacity to participate equally with men in the governance of the society.

Abalimi is a Volunteer Association working to empower the disadvantaged through its organic Urban Agriculture program & projects. We support our target groups' ability to replicate their success and transform their lives in their urban and rural environments, through the following Key Result Areas: resource support; training; organisation building; facilitation of partnerships; research, monitoring and evaluation.
