IsraAID's mission is to effectively support and meet the changing needs of populations as they move from crisis to reconstruction, rehabilitation, and eventually, to sustainable living. This commitment is expressed in emergency relief and sustainable development, with an emphasis on the transition between them.

The mission of our society is to promote the progress in the field of TB prevention and assist in inhibiting the spread of TB, especially of the resistant forms. The objectives of our work are to raise understanding and awareness about TB domestically and to provide financial support to development organizations on the ground overseas via funds raised through fundraisers and the collection of donations. In doing so we aim to maximize the impact of your committed funds by actively searching and conducting due diligence on potential partners for their effective and transparent use in TB care and control.

Sambhali Trusts' primary objective is to promote self-esteem, economic independence, and the development of educational, vocational and social skills for disadvantaged women and girls within Rajasthani society. We focus our work on women within the Dalit communities, who experience three levels of discrimination based on their caste, their economic situation and their gender. We strongly pursue and encourage the aim of gender equality whilst being sensitive to cultural norms.

Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe provides humanitarian aid worldwide. It supports people who have fallen victim of natural disasters, war and displacement and who are not able to cope on their own in the emergency situation they find themselves in. It is an effort to help people in great need - worldwide, regardless of their colour, religion and nationality.

The International Association for Human Values (IAHV) offers programs to reduce stress and develop leaders so that human values can flourish in people and communities. An estimated 800,000 children in the European Union are separated from an imprisoned parent on any given day. Yet few people are aware of the impact that a parent's incarceration can have on a child. Children separated from a parent in prison frequently experience multiple emotional and social difficulties associated with their parent's incarceration. They not only have to cope with the parent's absence and the disruption of the child-parent bond, but are also vulnerable to social exclusion, financial hardship, discrimination and shame. Children of Prisoners Europe (COPE) is a pan-European network which encourages innovative perspectives and practice to ensure that the rights of these children (as enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the European Convention on Human Rights) are fully respected and that action is taken to secure their well-being and healthy development. The network is a membership-based organisation made up of non-governmental organisations and individuals across Europe and beyond, linked by a staff team based at its French headquarters. Raising awareness among child-related agencies, prison services and policymakers to the specific needs of children of prisoners and promoting initiatives that take these needs into account, the organisation is seeking to: - Expand programmes that support the child-parent relationship and help minimise violence for children with an imprisoned parent; - Introduce the child's perspective throughout the criminal justice process, from arrest to resettlement; - Foster cross-sectoral collaboration among public and private agencies involved in supporting and making decisions about children of prisoners; - Obtain better information and greater visibility for prisoners' children and influence policy at the national, European and international level on their behalf; - Promote the exchange of initiatives, expertise and good practice for children with imprisoned parents; - Enhance the competence of professionals within the field. Working to foster the promotion and provision of policies, frameworks and meaningful action on behalf of children affected by parental incarceration to protect their development and well-being, our aim is to ease the burden of the imprisonment of a parent on the child.

The Habitat International Coalition (HIC) is the global network for rights related to habitat. Through solidarity, networking and support for social movements and organizations, HIC struggles for social justice, gender equality, and environmental sustainability, and works in the defense, promotion and realization of human rights related to housing and land in both rural and urban areas.

The Jiyan Foundation for Human Rights promotes the physical rehabilitation, mental well-being and social reintegration of victims and their family members by providing them with free-of-charge medical treatment, psycho-therapeutic support and socio-legal counseling. In addition, we seek to protect survivors of past human rights abuses and prevent future attacks of violence through political advocacy, human rights education, and public awareness-raising programs. The core values guiding our work are expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We believe in the inherent dignity of the human person and seek to promote respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms laid out in the Universal Declaration. We help survivors of human rights abuses regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or spiritual leanings. In 2005, we started our activities in the multi-ethnic city of Kirkuk, where we opened the first rehabilitation clinic for victims of torture in Iraq. Today we have a total of nine clinics throughout Kurdistan-Iraq where more than 19,000 traumatized men, women and children have received our services. Each year, The Jiyan Foundation assists more than 6,000 victims of human rights violations. On average 50% of those who seek our help are female adults, while 30% are children and adolescents.

Karuna Deutschland is committed towards ending caste-based discrimination, dedicating efforts for poverty-alleviation, and ensuring equality in India and Nepal. Our mission is to serve individuals and families of the poorest communities in India and Nepal. The women and children as well as people from lower cast backgrounds come under the most vulnerable population in India and Nepal. The former "untouchable" castes are still suffering from social exclusion and violence and also form the largest chunk of 'ultra-poor' in these countries. It is extremely difficult for them to access healthcare, education, housing and a dignified livelihood. Dalit women and girls particularly are subjected to gender-based violence and exclusion. Although caste-based discrimination has no legal premises, the stigma attached to the lower castes in India and Nepal hinder their dignified participation in all spheres of life. They are pushed further behind by a variety of forces such as existing discrimination, inequality, poverty, illiteracy etc. Therefore, we endeavour to remove the root causes of discrimination, exclusion and poverty. We seek to run our projects and activities based on the principle of inclusion, justice, diversity and equality in order to drive a positive as well as holistic change at the community level. The foundation of our work lies in engendering a dignified life for the people; helping them build a better future for themselves as well as empowering them to take their destiny into their own hands. To elicit lasting solutions to the problems we intend to address, our approach is based upon self-help, self-determination and self-reliance at the community level. The principle of 'leaving no one behind' as mentioned in the Sustainable development goals is enshrined in our core values. Changes often happen at the local level. Creative and innovative solutions are pertinent to reach our goals. Our activities are thus built upon a wealth of local skills and knowledge. We seek to understand the vulnerabilities, strengths and needs of our target groups. Evidence based approach rooted in in-depth analysis, research of ground needs and realities is extremely important for us to promote accountability and responsibility. The four pillars of Karuna Deutschland's work are made of Education, Health, Dignified Livelihoods and Gender Equality. PEN PAPER PEACE is dedicated to education. Through pen and paper we work to improve the living conditions of youth who live in poverty. We believe education creates opportunities, fosters empowerment, and is required to take control of building a future for oneself. By building and maintaining schools in one of the poorest regions of the world, we provide children who otherwise would not have access to education with regular schooling and a place they can always come to and count on. PEN PAPER PEACE also aims to raise awareness of social responsibility, and promotes the active involvement of young people in Germany. The project SCHOOLS FOR HAITI aims further to engage children and teenagers in Germany in the lives of Haiti's children. By taking part in a school partnership and by organizing fundraisers, young German people learn methods to help students in one of the poorest countries in the world. Doing such encourages German youth to reflect on their own privileged position in the globalized world, and to develop skills that can be used to foster democratic participation in local and global communities.
