The NPCF (founded May 2009) strives to provide quality of life, sustainability and dignity to those we serve. Through our volunteers we provide an opportunity of hope and caring for those afflicted by this devastating disease. We also provide the opportunity for their family members to help fight one of the leading causes of cancer deaths in the United States. There is no known cure, however, there are new developments everyday to prolong and sustain the quality of life of the patient.
Bridge21 Park City recognizes the isolation crisis individuals with disabilities face while approaching adulthood. There are not enough Neurodiverse Housing options that provide supported amenities. We believe Park City and Summit County are ready to build a more inclusive community and Bridge21 is building a network of bridges connecting individuals with disabilities to local housing. Ultimately, Bridge21 aims to build a Neurodiverse Co-Housing neighborhood. Our first house will be open for residents May 1, 2025.
WALKSacramento works with transportation and land use planners, elected officials and community groups to create safe, walkable environments for all citizens and particularly for children, seniors, the disabled and low-income individuals. WALKSacramento works to incorporate pedestrian access into transportation and development decisions, to increase funding for pedestrian infrastructure, and to adopt and implement pedestrian master plans for local communities.
High Fives Foundation focuses on preventing life-changing injuries and provides resources and hope if they happen.
