Mission MSA (formerly the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition) is a positive beacon of hope standing up to a little known, rare, insidious disorder. Mission MSA has a primary purpose of assisting researchers to find a cure. In the meantime, Mission MSA also provides much needed patient and caregiver support, educational resources, and advocacy to create awareness and to fight for issues important to the MSA community. The Children's Tumor Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to finding effective treatments for the millions of people worldwide living with neurofibromatosis (NF), a term for three distinct disorders: NF1, NF2, and schwannomatosis.  NF causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body and can lead to blindness, bone abnormalities, cancer, deafness, disfigurement, learning disabilities, and excruciating and disabling pain.   NF affects one in every 3,000 people, more than cystic fibrosis, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and Huntington’s disease combined.  The Children’s Tumor Foundation funds critical research into neurofibromatosis.  In addition to benefiting those who live with NF, this research is shedding new light on several forms of cancer, brain tumors, bone abnormalities, and learning disabilities, ultimately benefiting the broader community.

Fox Chase's mission is to reduce the burden of human cancer through the pursuit of knowledge in basic biological research; to conduct research specifically related to cancer causes, prevention, and treatment; and to apply this knowledge to the prevention of cancer and the treatment of cancer patients. Fox Chase has the oldest and third-largest cancer center support grant from the National Cancer Institute and is the oldest cancer specialty hospital in the nation. In January 2000, Fox Chase opened the nation's first facility devoted to comprehensive cancer prevention research. The Child Cancer Fund was founded in 1994 by a group of Jacksonville, FL parents whose children were being treated for cancer; they understood the stress, anxiety and heartache of a childhood cancer diagnosis. We provide practical, emotional, financial, and educational support to children and their families every step of the way to navigate the challenges of childhood cancer.

The Ekal Foundation's mission is to combat illiteracy and provide primary education for every child in every village in india. Also, Ekal works towards the social and economic development of the entire village through healthcare, livelihoods and civic empowerment programs.

To advocate for sarcoma patients by funding research and by increasing awareness about the disease. The organization raises money to privately fund grants for sarcoma researchers and conducts education and advocacy efforts on behalf of sarcoma patients.
