The Hospice Foundation of Central New York promotes the values of hospice care. It is dedicated to providing support solely for the programs and operations of the Caring Coalition of CNY dba Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes. Founded over 25 years ago, the Alzheimer Society is a not-for-profit health organization dedicated to helping people affected by Alzheimer Disease. The Society consists of a national office, 10 provincial organizations and more than 140 local groups across the country.

National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding better treatments, and ultimately a cure, for people living with a brain tumor today and anyone who will be diagnosed tomorrow. This means effecting change in the system at all levels.

From the website: "American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC) was founded by Danny Thomas in 1957 to be the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and its sole mission is to raise the funds and awareness necessary to operate and maintain the hospital. In the years ahead, an estimated 89% of the funds necessary to sustain and grow St. Jude must be raised by ALSAC from generous donors."

Community Health Services

AWOM hosts support groups for individuals who have lost a loved one in both Miami and New York called Time Talks. In addition, we host Halloween parties for both Miami Children's Hospital and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, as well as provide meals for over 200 families at Olsen Middle School. During Christmas time, AWOM hosts a toy drive for families in need. Most importantly, AWOM has expanded into a direction for future female leaders with AWOM Girls Club at Olsen Middle School.

Hospice of Santa Cruz County honors the choices of individuals and families by providing exemplary end-of-life care and grief support to our community.
