The Michael Hoefflin Foundation for children's cancer is a public non profit 501 (c) (3) foundation that provides financial and emotional support to children and their families in the Santa Clarita and surrounding valleys. We strive to educate the public and provide grant funding for innovative research to accelerate progress in the fight against pediatric cancer.

To accelerate breakthroughs, the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation provides today’s best young scientists with funding to pursue innovative cancer research. The mission of the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation (Meso Foundation) is to eradicate mesothelioma as a life-ending disease. Malignant mesothelioma is a rare cancer of the linings of the chest or abdomen. Asbestos exposure is the only known cause. The Meso Foundation solicits and rigorously reviews applications, and then awards significant grants, for research on the prevention, early detection, and treatment of mesothelioma. Through its web site and literature, its direct communications, and annual Symposium the Foundation provides patients, family members and physicians with hope, encouragement, and information. The Meso Foundation employs a full-time mesothelioma nurse practitioner to help patients navigate their treatments. In addition, the Foundation works to enhance awareness of this disease and to encourage federal funding for research.

The mission of The National Children's Cancer Society is to improve the quality of life for children with cancer and their families worldwide.We serve as a financial, emotional and educational resource for those in need at every stage of illness and recovery. In the United States, we ease the financial burdens that accompany major illness, give crucial support and address the challenges of survivorshiwe provide lifesaving pharmaceutical drugs and medical supplies to facilities that treat children with cancer.

Pediatric Cancer Foundation’s mission is to find a cure for childhood cancer. Founded in 1970, this 501(c)(3) non-profit charity raises money for research, state of the art equipment/ instruments and patient/parent care for world renowned doctors at the hospitals PCF supports.
