Shadhika provides funding and support to women-led, locally controlled non-profits in India working to empower at-risk girls so that they — and India – can realize their aspirations for a better future. We seek to break the cycle of poverty and address gender inequality in India by investing in the education, empowerment and economic self-sufficiency of girls.

Village Health Works delivers quality, compassionate health care in rural Burundi while addressing the root causes of poverty and disease. We support a thriving primary school and operate Kigutu International Academy, a world-class boarding secondary school that prepares talented young people to lead change in Burundi and beyond. These investments build healthier communities and nurture peace in a country still recovering from civil war. With over 90 percent of our staff from Burundi, Village Health Works is powered by local leadership. Our doctors, teachers, and community partners are caring for patients today while training the next generation to build a stronger future. Ohana One cultivates surgical training programs in developing areas around the world and we do so in collaboration with like-minded organizations. Our work is not limited to single mission trips, but to establishing long-term sustainable surgical training programs utilizing mentorship relationships and advanced technology. In doing so, we work alongside surgical providers to help them take on increasingly more complex cases with the goal of elevating and expanding safe surgical care.

There are one million orphans in Ethiopia, many of them fending for themselves. AIDS incidence in the general population is about one in six persons and the epidemic is growing. A similar proportion of children orphaned by AIDS is also infected with HIV. There are about 120,000 new cases of HIV infection among children each year. The country is overwhelmed by the needs of their orphans.

Caring for Cambodia (CFC) is educating a generation of Cambodian children today, to make a difference for Cambodia's tomorrow. Our schools are safe, modern and technologically equipped. We train teachers, provide tools and remove barriers to learning. We build Cambodian leadership to guide and sustain these schools, so that generations of CFC graduates can reach their highest potential and make vaouable contributions to their community.

SurfAid International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the health, well-being and self-reliance of people living in isolated communities connected to us through surfing.

Sozo Children is organized to provide food, shelter, clothing, education and Christian discipleship to children in need. Sozo Children is founded on faith in Jesus Christ and intends to operate from the basis of providing basic physical, medical, educational and emotional needs to children. Sozo means "to save" both physically and spiritually, which encapsulates the sozo children vision. Sozo Children International, through the power and love of christ, intends to provide for children in need by establishing children homes which raise children to be future leaders of their communities. Sozo children's mission statement is "to glorify god by interceding on christ behalf to save children in need, build community, and connect individuals to all experience the love of jesus christ.
