Hi 5 Youth Foundation, USA was founded in the USA to support the work of Hi 5 Youth Foundation, India and to assist in the scaling & expansion of its activities. Hi 5 Youth Foundation, India is a professionally run non-profit organization (Section 8 company in India est. July 2nd, 2015) that conducts FREE basketball coaching & life-skills training to underprivileged boys and girls. The MISSION of the organization is “Changing young lives through play” and we aim to do the same by  Providing underprivileged children (boys and girls) the means, opportunity, and coaching to develop into good basketball players, great teams and empowered youth.  Inculcate the pursuit of excellence through a high quality, multi-year, multi-level program that enables every child /team to experience success.

Mission: To provide a Christian home, family and education to the impoverished youth in our communities. Casa Estrella Foundation, was founded in 2006 hostessing over 150 orphans through out the years, from ages 3 to up 18 years old. In 2014 we opened the first Private Christian School, from pre-K to High School. We have 360 students, this school year we gave 90 scholarships to mothers with low income and struggling families that have been separated from parents. Our mission is eradicate child labor by motivating children to remain in school, and we offer financial support to over 300 students and families.We have Built computer labs, dug water wells, repaired school facilities, provided essential learning supplies/resources.

About Us: Our Bridgeport club was founded in 1992, and is part of Soroptimist International of the Americas which was founded in 1921. Soroptimist is an international volunteer organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world. Local members join with almost 100,000 Soroptimists in more than120 countries and territories to contribute time and financial support to community-based projects benefiting women. In addition to sponsoring the awards programs, our club has participated in community programs focused on various health and human service issues for women and girls, such as the Center for Women and Families, Mi Casa/My Home, Women and Men’s Health Project, Project Courage, and Local Soup Kitchens. MissionOperation of Hope Worldwide (formally Operacion Esperanza since 1989) is a volunteer medical team that has changed the lives of over 5,000 children around the world...and counting. Each year, we traveling to developing countries to perform cleft lip and palate surgeries, as well as, other types of facial reconstructive surgery for people in need. In addition, this group of highly specialized medical personnel, train the nurses and doctors in these countries to provide care for their patients. Our work has expanded to neonatal care, prosthetic hands and burn surgeries in Africa, Asia, South Pacific and Latin America. Our goal is to provide additional experience for physicians who are specializing in these types of surgery.
