Epilepsy Simcoe County (ESC) is a registered charity, formed in 1978 to provide public education and awareness about epilepsy, and to give support to individuals affected by epilepsy. ESC serves children,teens and adults who suffer from epilepsy, seizure disorders and related conditions.
Reconnect Mental Health Services is a community mental health agency that provides a range of recovery-based programs for adults experiencing serious mental illness. We also work with clients who, in addition to their mental illness, have co-occurring challenges (such as developmental disability or substance use). Programs offered are Community Support (case mangement), Day Program(group programming), Housing Support, Assertive Community Treatment, Mental Health and Justice Programs.

Family Plus/Life Solutions (formerly Family Services Saint John, Inc.) has been serving the Saint John area since 1929. The Agency is a private, not-for-profit organization helping men, women, children and families manage the challenges of today's living conditions. As well as serving the general public, Family Plus also holds contracts with provincial and federal government departments, for whom the Agency provides various professional services. We also contract with many businesses in New Brunswick to provide Employee and Family Assistance Programs. Our Agency works in conjunction with the other Family Service agencies in Canada, as well as being a member of Family Service Canada.
The Fondation De la Visite offers free at-home support to pregnant women and parents of newborn children in the 6 following districts of the Montreal area : Bordeaux-Cartierville, Côte Saint-Luc/Hampstead (territory of the CSSS René-Cassin), Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Lachine/Dorval, Montreal-North and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. Five objectives lead the preventive action: break the isolation of local families and from abroad, increase parental skills, improve the parent-child relationship, facilitate the integration of immigrant families and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the intervention with the families.
FoodShare develops innovative programs and education to improve access to affordable and healthy food, reaching over 159,000 children and adults every single month. We take a long-term approach to hunger and food issues, working to empower individuals, families and communities through food-based initiatives “from field to table.” FoodShare mentors communities in drawing on their own strengths to adapt and grow tools and scalable solutions so that our work is leveraged exponentially. Our programs include Student Nutrition, Field to Table Schools, the Good Food Café (healthy cafeteria), Focus on Food youth internships, the Good Food Box, Mobile and Good Food Markets, Fresh Produce for Schools, School Grown, Community Kitchens, the FoodLink Hotline, Power Soups, Community Gardening, Composting, Beekeeping, School Grown, and Urban Agriculture.

The Northern Lights Health Foundation exists to raise funds for the purchase of medical equipment, programs and services at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre. All funds raised by the Foundation directly benefit our facility, staff and patients. The Northern Lights Regional Health Foundations is a non-profit registered charity. In the past fiscal year the Foundation raised over $3 million for the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre.
