Special Spirit is an Equine Therapeutic Center where children and adults our empowered through horse related activities. Special Spirit, a growing nonprofit, utilizes the transformative potential of horse-related learning and treatment modalities to improve the quality of life children and adults with a diverse range of mental and physical health challenges. Through our primary programs, Therapeutic Riding, Equine Assisted Learning, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Special Spirit changes lives, one person at a time. Special Spirit's equine programs provides a powerful healing venue for individuals with addiction and recovery, as well as challenged youth with identified social and behavioral issues that are difficult to successfully address through traditional “talk therapy."

Open Wide Foundation is a non-profit dental organization redefining humanitarian dentistry. Our mission is to make a significant, measurable and lasting impact on oral health in communities of need. By combining the efforts of dental volunteers and industry leaders, we strive to impact oral health in a positive and lasting way. Together we: • Build permanent dental clinics in cooperation with the communities they serve to provide on-going access to oral care. • Provide and facilitate turn-key dental outreach experiences where volunteers can provide dental services to the needy & mentor local professionals and students. • Give access to on-going mentoring, educational materials and support to local oral health care providers, institutions & students.

THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO HELP WOMEN GET FREE FROM DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION. IT IS A SIX-MONTH IN HOUSE PROGRAM THAT FOCUSES ON FILLING THE WOMEN WITH THE WORD OF GOD TO HELP OVERCOME THEIR ADDICTIONS THROUGH DAILY BIBLE STUDIES, LICENSED COUNSELING, TEACHING PROGRAMS, AND PARENTING CLASSES. IT PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION TO EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION OR GET THEIR GED. IT ALSO PROVIDES HOUSING AND AN AFTERCARE PROGRAM TO HELP THE WOMEN LOOK FOR WORK IF THEY HAVE NO OTHER HOME TO GO TO OR NEED EXTRA SUPPORT TO HELP EASE THEM BACK IN TO SOCIETY. IT'S MAIN FOCUS IS TO TEACH THE WORD OF GOD AND HELP BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR THE WOMEN TO BE ABLE TO TURN TO GOD'S WORD FOR HELP INSTEAD OF DRUGS AND ALCOHOL.
