Hemophilia Federation of America is a national nonprofit organization that assists and advocates for the bleeding disorders community.

Our mission is to restore and empower women who have been affected by human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Our program will provide a safe, nurturing living environment in North County, San Diego that will facilitate spiritual, physical, mental and emotional healing along with an array of support services and educational opportunities for survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Fostering self-understanding through personal and spiritual growth; Providing life-skill building and maintenance education; Offering opportunities to work towards self-sufficiency in a therapeutic work environment.

Our mission is to honor and obey God by providing help and healing to troubled children and families who then may bless others.

THE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS CENTER OF GEORGIA IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH ACCESS TO THE LATEST IN RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND TREATMENT OPTIONS. IN ADDITION TO MEDICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL CARE, THE CENTER OFFERS PATIENTS AND FAMILIES ACCESS TO PEER-SUPPORT, SELF-HELP GROUPS, VOLUNTEER VISITOR NETWORK, AND PATIENT SUPPORT SERVICES.

  A Cure is Coming was formed to raise awareness of the therapeutic needs of individuals with spinal cord injuries, create philanthropic support for the development of a state-of-the-art, specialized restorative therapy center in the seattle area and aid in the ongoing administration and operation ofthe therapy center and to establish basic foundation funding for other charitable, scientific and educational purposes related to spinal cord injury.  

Our mission is to deliver a breadth of resources to caregivers, families and patients who are confronting the final stages of life. Vision & Values Statement SCHF exists to elevate the quality of life experienced by those confronting a terminal illness. Our services support not just the patient, but family members and caregivers as well. As a result, we are continuously working with the care team to fulfill our mission, all the while, never losing sight of our vision: to open a Hospice House in Southern California that serves as a live-in facility for end-of-life care. H.O.P.E. Farm, Inc was formed on December 11, 1990 as a charitable organization incorporated under the nonprofit corporation laws of the state of Texas the purpose of h 0 p e farm is to meet the spiritual, educational, and social needs of young, at risk boys living in the Morningside and Como neighborhoods of fort worth, Texas through such programs as spiritual enrichment, academics and physical fitness.

The Boomer Esiason Foundation is a dynamic partnership of leaders in the medical and business communities joining with a committed core of volunteers to heighten awareness, education and quality of life for those affected by cystic fibrosis, while providing financial support to research aimed at finding a cure.
