The APS Foundation of America, Inc. is the only United States nonprofit health agency dedicated to bringing national awareness to Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS), the major cause of multiple miscarriages, thrombosis, young strokes and heart attacks. We are a volunteer run, community based 501(c)3 non-profit Public Charity organization and is dedicated to fostering and facilitating joint efforts in the areas of education, support, public awareness, research and patient services. Our mission at Faith, Hope, and Love is to mirror the love of Christ to underprivileged children in the Charlotte area through mentoring focused on spiritual and academic growth. Our goal is for children struggling behaviorally and academically to perform at or above grade level within one year of their entry to Faith, Hope & Love. We have a remarkable 100% success rate. More importantly, we have helped countless children grow deeper in their relationships with Christ, enabling them to weather the storms of their life and equipping them to become future leaders.

Help-A-Heart is a non-profit organization (501(c)3) that Melissa Hooper & Emily Graber co-founded on May 9, 2006, to solely benefit children with congenital heart defects (CHD’s) who are hospitalized during a surgery or other health related issues for an extended period of time. Both women are directly affected by this because they have sons that were born in 2005 with a CHD.

The Mission of Dreams Go On is to provide therapeutic horseback riding sessions to adults and children of Blair County, PA, who are physically challenged, receive mental, behavioral health or family therapy services.

To promote a multinational LGBTQ+ network dedicated to improving health and wellness opportunities, economic empowerment, and equal rights while promoting individual and collective work, responsibility, and self-determination.
