National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) is dedicated to preventing kidney diseases, improving the health and well-being of those affected by kidney disease, and increasing the availability for all organs for transplantation. In partnership with NKFW, you support all people impacted by kidney disease or organ transplantation. By empowering patients, inspiring action, and raising awareness of kidney disease and organ transplantation, you make a positive impact in the community around you. In fact, you save lives by increasing public access to information, education, and early intervention, and by providing opportunities for volunteers to share their expertise and compassion with communities across Wisconsin.

The mission of The Mowat-Wilson Foundation is to enhance the lives of people affected by Mowat-Wilson Syndrome by providing family support, raising awareness, and supporting research and education.Mowat-Wilson Syndrome is a recently discovered syndrome (defined in 1998) and much is still being learned about the physical, behavioral and developmental issues associated with this rare genetic disorder. Major signs include: distinctive facial features, intellectual disability, delayed development, intestinal disorders, seizures, congenital heart disease, agenesis of the corpus callosum, male genital abnormalities (hypospadias), and major expressive language difficulty.

For more than 75 years and in 130 countries and territories, SOS Children’s Villages is the world’s largest organization focused on ensuring that children and young people without parental care or at risk of losing it grow up with the care, relationships and support they need to become their strongest selves. Extreme circumstances like natural disasters and war put children at an increased risk of losing parental care and protection when they need it most. With your support, our emergency response teams are able to quickly assess what is needed and ensure that affected children are cared for and protected.

The Loretto Foundation is the not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to provide financial support by the solicitation of funds and property from the general public, charitable foundations and all other appropriate sources to help sustain Loretto's role as an innovator in long-term care, responsive to the diverse needs of an aging population. The Loretto Foundation also strives to heighten community awareness of Loretto, its programs and services in providing for the needs of older adults. Elmcrest is a community of caring professionals providing service to children with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and developmental limitations in order to help them overcome barriers to success in their home, school and community.The Elmcrest experience focuses on developing meaningful relationships in a teaching and learning environment that will enable each child regardless of age, gender, or circumstance to reach their optimum potential, point toward a productive future, and contribute to the success of their community.

At Alzheimer's Family Services Center (AFSC), we believe that all memory-impaired seniors, irrespective of ethnic background and socioeconomic status, deserve the right to superior personalized care that will enable them to age with dignity at home. Across the last three decades, this belief has guided our mission to improve quality of life for families challenged by Alzheimer's disease or another dementia through services tailored to meet individual needs. We play a key role in our community's continuum of long-term care services by offering affordable access to dementia-specific adult day health care programs, a variety of support services to help caregivers manage the day-to-day challenges of care, and community dementia education and outreach.

Helen Keller Services for the Blind enables individuals who are blind, visually-impaired, deaf-blind and/or have combined hearing-vision loss to live, work and thrive in their community of choice.

The mission of the Retina Foundation of the Southwest is to prevent vision loss and restore sight through innovative research and treatment. Retina Foundation is making a difference in the lives of children and adults living with devastating eye diseases and conditions. Our five laboratories are currently participating in more than 60 clinical research studies and providing more than 2,000 vision assessments each year completely free of charge. Our evaluations are unique because many of our testing methods are only available at our facility in Dallas, Texas. Patients are referred by local ophthalmologists to help in the diagnosis and treatment of their vision loss. Our goal is to continue advancing sight saving treatments to make a lifetime of good vision a reality for everyone.

International Eye Foundation is dedicated to helping people see! Since 1961 IEF has taken up the challenge in poor countries around the world, helping to restore sight and prevent blindness. IEF offers strong new strategic directions that focus on making eye clinics financially self sufficient. IEFs achievements include developing eye health services, training ophthalmologists and para-medicals, and fighting vitamin A deficiency, trachoma and river blindness. IEF is now strengthening the management, quality of service, and income generating activities so that eye clinics are less dependent on outside donors and government funds.
