SUNSHINE COAST HOSPICE SOCIETY

Our trained volunteers provide palliative care services to residents of the Lower Sunshine Coast from Langdale to Egmont. Hospice volunteers are trained to provide support to individuals and families dealing with life threatening illness. For persons going through the grieving process we provide bereavement support as well. Our services can be provided in the home, hospital or other venue as required. Our funding comes from individuals in the community through programs like 'Lights of Life' in December, and several fundraising events held annually. Your personal contributions have an immediate and lasting effect, so please donate today - if you would like a receipt for tax purposes $25 is the minimum one time donation; $10/monthly.
