At Alzheimer's Family Services Center (AFSC), we believe that all memory-impaired seniors, irrespective of ethnic background and socioeconomic status, deserve the right to superior personalized care that will enable them to age with dignity at home. Across the last three decades, this belief has guided our mission to improve quality of life for families challenged by Alzheimer's disease or another dementia through services tailored to meet individual needs.
