Crystal Coast Hospice House exists to provide an inpatient Hospice Home to our service region (Carteret, Craven, Onslow, Jones, and Pamlico Counties) and ensure exceptional care management and perpetual funding for facilities, services, programs and future expansion.

FAST is run by an all-volunteer board of Angelman syndrome (AS) parents and professionals dedicated to finding a cure for AS and related disorders through the funding of an aggressive research agenda. The foundation is committed to assisting individuals living with Angelman syndrome to realize their full potential and quality of life. Our goal is to bring practical treatment into current medical practice as quickly as possible. It is our hope that grants we fund will lead to additional research support from government agencies, other funding sources and organizations around the globe. FAST is served by two boards: the board of directors and the scientific advisory board. Together, we are working hard to bring practical treatment into current medical practice as quickly as possible.

ALS Worldwide is the only nonprofit global health organization that provides free guidance and support to people living with ALS via videoconference, email, social media, phone in the United States and more than 150 other countries worldwide. Hospice Support Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to honor the memory of hospice patients by providing assistance to those who are coping with life-limiting illness, death and grief. Crescent Cove offers care and support to kids and young adults with a shortened life expectancy, and their families that love them. The Crescent Cove Respite & Hospice Home for Kids is only the third of its kind in the U.S., located in Brooklyn Center, MN.

They are committed to improving the quality of life for LGBTQ+ people in and around Durham: ● through programming, resources, and networks of support; ● by acting as a hub for Durham's LGBTQ+ community; ● by sharing and affirming all LGBTQ+ lived experiences; and ● by educating our neighbors in order to enhance understanding of and sensitivity to LGBTQ+ issues.
