The Cystinosis Research Network, founded in 1996, grew out of the need to find improved treatments and a cure for cystinosis. Cystinosis Research Network is comprised entirely of volunteers that raise funds for cystinosis research, increase cystinosis education and awareness, and support cystinosis families.

The mission of the Lung Cancer Research Foundation is to support national research studies and activities focused on developing innovative strategies for better treatments, screening, and prevention of all cancers of the lung. New knowledge gained by funding scientific and clinical research initiatives will lead to more positive outcomes and improved quality of life for all lung cancer patients.

The mission of Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care is to bring expert care, peace of mind, comfort, guidance, and hope to people who are affected by life-limiting illness or by grief.
