Buddies of NJ, Inc. (NJB), 501(c)(3) is Bergen and Passaic County's Premier AIDS SERVICE ORGANIZATION. Your support makes OUR MISSION possible... to provide: Service, Education, Resources, and Care to People Living With and affected by HIV/AIDS. Buddies provides NJHS Licensed Substance Abuse Counseling & Treatment Services; Free Rapid HIV Testing & Counseling; PrEP Counseling; Case Management; Medical Case Management; Housing & Housing Assistance; Dental Services; Counseling Services; Young Men's Support Spot; Peer Support Groups; Medical Transportation; and a Food Bank. NJB is supported with federal grants from the Ryan White Care Act, HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for People With AIDS), and the New Jersey Department of Health. Additional funding is also provided through private foundations, fundraising efforts, and generous contributions from the community at large. Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS is one of the country's largest supporters of direct care for people living with HIV/AIDS and preventive education for those at risk. Merging care and commerce, supporters of DIFFA come from all fields of fine design and the visual arts, including: architecture, fashion design, interior design, photography and consumer product design.

Afrika Tikkun was founded in 1994 soon after the emergence of Democracy in South Africa. Our visionary founders-- the late Chief Rabbi Cyril Harris and philanthropist and businessman, late Bertie Lubner-- had a vision of focusing on children knowing they represented the future of the country, which inspired the-then President Nelson Mandela to volunteer as our Patron-in-Chief-- an honor that he only bestowed on four organizations during his lifetime. In 2002 he wrote: “Afrika Tikkun demonstrates in a practical and sustainable manner what can be done with limited resources, great commitment and passion. It is my belief that Afrika Tikkun represents the best of what civil society can offer in partnership with Government’s considerable efforts.” For the last 22 years, Afrika Tikkun has worked to redress the consequences of institutionalized oppression in South Africa. Our unique Cradle-to-Career development model enables our 550+ employees to deliver services addressing holistic educational, medical and economic needs of marginalized youth from early infancy through adulthood, inspiring and enabling them to become productive citizens and leaders. The Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) works to achieve an AIDS-free generation through innovative HIV prevention programs, efforts to eliminate stigma and discrimination associated with HIV/AIDS, and direct treatment, care and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS across the United States, The Americas, The Caribbean and others.

Chicago House empowers persons living with or vulnerable to HIV/AIDS to lead healthy and dignified lives through housing and compassionate, client-centered support services.

Jerusalem House provides homeless and low-income individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Greater Atlanta with a continuum of housing options, supportive services, and educational opportunities that contribute to a resident's overall self-sufficiency.

We empower Nairobi children living in poverty to transform their lives through education and support, leading to employment.

1. CHAP educates the public about HIV disease, its impact upon individuals and the community, and current treatments;2. CHAP coordinates the efforts of existing public or private resources for persons living with HIV/AIDS;3. CHAP works to discover unmet needs of persons with HIV/AIDS and their families;4. CHAP stimulates and supports appropriate community responses to meet those needs.

Hudson Pride Connections Center (HPCC) is a home and voice for the diverse LGBTQ community and our allies that advocates for our physical, mental, social and political well-being. We create safe and vibrant spaces to gather and celebrate our lives. HPCC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-governmental, community organization situated in the Journal Square neighborhood in Jersey City, one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in this country and home to the largest LGBTQ community in New Jersey. Hudson Pride was established in 1993 to serve as an advocate for both the LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS communities in Hudson County and more than 20 years later, we are still delivering a wide array of services, programs and events to meet their on-going needs. Our programs and services include LGBTQ support groups for youth, young adults, middle adults and seniors, specialized groups for HIV+ gay men, transgender individuals and women of color, community training and education focused on helping provider agencies to deliver LGBT and HIV competent services, LGBTQ health education, HIV outreach services, social service linkages and advocacy.

In 2000, Episcopal priest Bill Rankin and renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Charlie Wilson launched GAIA to increase health equity globally and to bring life-saving treatment to one of the countries most impacted by the AIDS epidemic. Today, with GAIA’s support, Malawi is one of the first African countries to meet UNAIDS 2020 90-90-90 treatment targets, even in the most remote districts with the highest HIV prevalence, where we work. Throughout our history, GAIA has adapted our services to provide compassionate, patient-centered healthcare. We meet the immediate needs of the population by providing community-based health services and health education while also strengthening Malawi's healthcare workforce for the long-term by accelerating health workforce development and promoting equitable deployment of frontline providers. In 2007, GAIA Malawi was formally established as an independent, but closely aligned, entity to the U.S. organization. With its own self-selected Board of Directors and a 100% Malawian staff, GAIA Malawi works closely with GAIA U.S. to design and execute cost-effective program responses to the evolving health needs of Malawi’s rural population. All program interventions are developed with key input from the communities served and executed in partnership with the Government of Malawi, Ministry of Health and Population, and local and international partners. GAIA believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, no matter where they live or who they are.
