Founded in 1968, the mission of Our Little Brothers & Sisters(OLBS) is to support the efforts of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos(NPH) in helping orphaned and abandoned children in Latin America and Haiti by providing food, clothing, shelter, medicine, education and vocational training in a nurturing family environment. OLBS is founded upon the principles of unconditional love and acceptance. Orphaned and abandoned children who are welcomed into OLBS supported homes are never asked to leave or given up for adoption. They are taught work, sharing and responsibility in a secure, loving family environment; OLBS strives to equip the children with the life skills they will need for successful adulthood. In addition to providing support for homes for orphan children, OLBS reaches out into the community. OLBS supports outreach programs to aid those living in extreme poverty,  including community medical clinics which treat tens of thousands of people per year, community schools which are available to local children, facilities for severely disabled children, medical clinics and street schools in the slums of Haiti.

We provide support for the programs and initiatives of Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU (CHoR) and the more than 70,000 children it serves each year. CHoR is a full service children’s hospital that offers a robust continuum of pediatric services, research and education. The Childhood Cancer Lifeline was founded in 1995 by a group of parents whose children had childhood cancer. Since our inception, we have been a strictly volunteer organization dedicated to addressing the practical and emotional needs of New Hampshire families dealing with pediatric cancer. Today our volunteers have expanded to include family members, friends, and other caring individuals. We know first-hand the trauma that a family faces when a child is diagnosed. We also understand the challenges you'll deal with before, during, and after your child's treatment. The Childhood Cancer Lifeline is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

To provide substantial funding to support the highest quality of patient care by Deborah Heart and Lung Center, to provide for treatment of children with congenital heart disease in the United States and around the world; and to provide for clinical research for cardiac, pulmonary and vascular diseases by fostering and maintaining the Foundation’s grassroots volunteer movement, its alliances with corporations, labor organizations, service organizations, foundations and others and by its initiation and enhancement of planned giving programs and other fundraising activities. Tackling the water crisis by funding, supporting and advocating for community WASH (water, sanitation & hygiene) programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. Their mission is to increase awareness of WASH challenges and solutions, and most importantly convert that heightened awareness into ACTION.

NAM's mission is to meet basic human needs through neighbors helping neighbors. NAM is a community based, multi-program social service agency established in 1983 which is supported by 50 congregations, 17 service organizations, and over 170 business community partners. Guided by a relatively small staff of 85, more than 2,700 volunteers work together to provide a variety of basic services to our neighbors in need throughout the Houston area. More than 50% of those helped by this effort are children.
