The mission of Clackamas Women's Services is to break the isolation of domestic and sexual violence. Clackamas Women’s Services helps individuals and families experiencing and healing from domestic and sexual violence, child and elder abuse, stalking, dating violence, and trafficking. We work with survivors currently experiencing violence to plan for their safety, as well as help to heal from trauma in the past. Our programs and services are free, confidential, available in multiple languages, and with any accommodations needed. Our support is available regardless of gender identification, sexual orientation, age, and immigration status to ensure anyone escaping violence can access the resources they deserve. Since 1953, the mission of their shelter has been to provide a haven for Huron county residents to safely surrender their animals when unforeseen circumstances come up. We accept dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals. We are unable to accept stray or outdoor cats and all stray or lost dogs must go to the Huron County Dog Warden. Wuqu' Kawoq's mission is to address the barriers to excellent health care that the majority of Guatemala's indigenous Maya population face, including principally the lack of access to health care in their own languages. As such, Wuqu' Kawoq develops primary care and health programs within a larger context of community vitality, family stability,and Mayan language revitalization.

Adoption Rhode Island's Mission is to facilitate the permanent placement of children waiting in state care and promote adoption as a positive way to create a family. They provide pre and post adoption services to families, advocate for public policy to promote a child's right to a safe environment and a permanent family, and increase public awareness of the unmet needs of these children.

VGIF provides grants globally to fund locally generated projects that advance the rights of women and girls.
