MICAH is a multi-racial, interfaith organization committed to addressing social justice issues that have an impact on the community and on the members of MICAH congregations. MICAH’s goal is to empower people to act together in pursuit of justice and to organize so that people of many traditions can come together with one voice for justice.

The Parenting Place is a place for all who care for young children. Our resources prepare, strengthen, and support parents and caregivers by creating greater understanding of the impact they have on the lives of children in their care. Through such increased understanding, children will have a positive, supportive, and loving start in life.

To creatively enhance education in our community.

Michigan Abolitionist Project helps people to use their gifts and talents to prevent and end slavery in Michigan and beyond. They engage the community through their network of growing Community Groups throughout Michigan. At the heart of who they are, are stellar abolitionists. MAP volunteers are business owners, college students, pastors, artists, stay-at-home moms and dads, writers, teachers, lawyers, construction workers, hairdressers, medical professionals, social workers, marketing experts, computer techs, professors, and more! They are living proof that anyone can do something to prevent and help end slavery.

The Ann Bancroft Foundation inspires and encourages girls to imagine something bigger. We strive to build confidence and offer tools that will allow a girl to go after her dreams and feel supported along the way. Through grants, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities, the Ann Bancroft Foundation is giving Minnesota girls strength to achieve their full potential.
