The mission of AVDA (Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse) is to end family violence in the Houston area by advocating for the safety and self-determination of victims, promoting accountability for abusers and fostering a community response to abuse.

The mission of Sunflower House is to protect children in our community from physical and sexual abuse through education, advocacy, forensic and mental health services. Sunflower House's vision is safe children thriving in nurturing families and communities.

The Cupcake Girls is a Portland and Las Vegas based nonprofit that provides confidential support to those involved in the sex industry as well as trauma-informed outreach, intensive case management, and referral services to provide prevention, and aftercare to those affected by sex trafficking. Today, we are the only organization in the country to partner with our clients without agenda in building comprehensive, holistic plans to help them pursue their goals and objectives, working to ensure that we’re matching the right solutions to the right individual, at the right time. We provide nonjudgmental support to empower our clients. The 100 Club of Lake and Porter Counties is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity in which its sole purpose is to provide assistance to the families of police and fire personnel that suffer from a line of duty death.

Court Appointed Special Advocates of Austin, Waller and Washington Counties advocates in the best interest of abused and neglected children in court through the training and support of community volunteers (CASAs).
