SafeArt is a community-based organization that engages creativity and the expressive arts as tools to support mental health and overall well-being. We offer residencies, workshops, and classes in the expressive arts for children, teens, and adults as well as ongoing focus groups. Over the years, we have worked with trauma survivors to help them engage with and transform emotional, mental, and physical injuries of all kinds. We define trauma as any held injury in body, mind, and soul. As the organization has matured, we have witnessed the healing power of creative expression as beneficial for all, and have added offerings to the broader community in addition to our trauma-focused programs. All of our programming continues to be inclusive of everyone and trauma-informed. We believe that we are all shaped by our experiences, and encourage participants to dive into the process of expressing themselves creatively without judgement or fear. Together, we can nourish and strengthen our minds, our families, and our communities - creating a safe space for all.

Fundacion Nativo is a non-profit organization, located in Caracas (Venezuela), which is dedicated to the socioeconomic and sustainable development of indigenous communities, without having to damage their environment or abandon their cultural or religious beliefs. Always favoring gender equality and integration of different sexual options. Vision: A world in which there is no inequality between the indigenous population and the rest of society. Where the native population is not considered as animals, pets or the disposable object of the fashion of the moment. Mission: Empower indigenous communities by promoting the conservation of their culture, defending the right to land and the preservation of their natural resources, promoting sustainable economic development in gender equality and sexual orientation, favoring access to communication channels to leave the information isolation and giving them a voice before the institutions to demand their rights and denounce the abuses to which they are subjects of. Our history: In 2014, investigating for a documentary, we made a stop in the mining area of Las Claritas. There we went to a brothel where a bingo was being held. The place was full of miners attentive to the draw, something that surprised us because bingo always seemed an activity for older people ... Until we saw the prize ... depending on the sexual orientation of the miner, the prize was a child or Indigenous girl no older than 10 years old, who waited to meet the owner of their destination inside a hole dug in the floor of the premises. When you see something like this with your own eyes, it is impossible to remain indifferent to the problem. We realized that, in this market of basic instincts, we could do little to diminish the demand (the illegal miners come from many countries and for them the Indians are less than animals), but we could have some possibility of diminishing the offer if we helped the development of indigenous communities. And that's how the Fundacion Nativa was born.

PFLAG Gainesville's mission is to create a better future for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) youth and adults through a partnership of parents, allies, and LGBT people through outreach, education and support.

Gay For Good mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) volunteers and allies to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader communities where we live and work. We aim to increase LGBTQ+ visibility and representation, cultivate understanding, and build positive relationships between diverse groups of people, while helping the environment, animals and people in need through acts of service and kindness. To carry out our mission, Gay For Good provides training and resources to community leaders who plan and lead inclusive group volunteer experiences for LGBTQ+ people, allies and others to volunteer together, network and have fun in twenty-one chapter cities, and growing. Gay For Good was founded in 2008 and has a proven track record of success. NQAPIA builds the capacity of local, grassroots, and affinity-based LGBTQ+API groups; advances an intersectional justice and equity agenda for all the communities we call home; supports intergenerational family (re)building and engagement; and ensures LGBTQ+API representation everywhere, especially in research and resource development.

Immigration Equality addresses the widespread discriminatory impact of immigration laws on the lives of lesbians, gay men, and people with HIV through education, outreach, advocacy and direct legal services. We are committed to creating a world where they can enjoy the freedom to live as their full selves and safe haven from violence.
