Our mission is to equip and enable East African trans* diverse individuals and institutions, to organise and advocate for the improvement of their health, the recognition of their gender, and the protection of their human rights; utilising informed research and documentation, particularly on health and HIV, and by enhancing their livelihoods through capacity strengthening and empowerment.

Every day, lives are changed by a single, selfless act - the gift of organ donation. Among those waiting for transplants are 2 groups of people: those who die waiting and those who receive the gift of life. Our work raises awareness of the urgent need for organ and tissue donors while helping recipients who have overcome the impossible to live life to the fullest. These individuals have faced life's greatest challenges; they are advocates for the cause but need resources, education and community. Transplant recipients have a unique opportunity to advocate for organ donation and raise awareness. Physical activity plays a crucial role in the recovery and long-term health of recipients. When recipients compete in world events, they demonstrate to the world what can be achieved through the gift of organ donation. Additionally, our programs provide recipients with community, tools, and resources to address the many challenges they face, leading to an increased quality of life. The WTGF promotes amateur sport amongst recipients, living donors and donor families; promoting the study of transplantation; educating the public and raising awareness of the world shortage of donor organs; sharing new knowledge from biological/clinical studies; promotion of mental and moral improvement for recipients, living donors and donor families; fostering international friendship and relations.

Practical Action is a global development charity, building sustainable lives and livelihoods on the frontlines of poverty and climate change.

WDGO's mission is to involve youth while leaving no one behind in the works towards the protection of our environment, the adaptation to and mitigation of climate change.

HACORWA's main mission is to promote the wellbeing of the community through compassion and human activities. It implements child-focused and family-centered interventions to serve youth, children and their families in a range of adverse situations to improve their health, well-being, and protection as well as strengthening family stability and resilience.

Blooming World International's mission is to improve the health of people in Africa by partnering with and empowering communities, and strengthening health systems. The organization emphasizes community-led solutions, capacity building, and sustainable health interventions to achieve lasting impact. In practice, this mission is lived out through: 1. Empowering communities to become self-reliant through sustainable development programs in education, health, livelihoods, and child protection; 2. Partnering with local leaders, governments, and civil society to build systems that uphold children's rights and well-being; 3. Responding to humanitarian emergencies such as droughts, floods, disease outbreaks, and displacement with compassion, efficiency, and dignity; 4. Uplifting the most vulnerable-especially children-through inclusive, community-driven approaches that tackle the root causes of poverty and vulnerability. Blooming World International operates with a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and measurable impact. While it is inspired by community centered programs, its programs serve all people-regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender-guided by the belief that everyone deserves a life free of violence, filled with opportunity, and supported by a caring community.

KNE Sustainability Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global sustainable thinking and action. Our goal is to accelerate the dissemination of sustainability knowledge through modern media and e-learning. We are funded through partnerships, grants, and collaborations with organizations committed to sustainability and regeneration. Our key initiatives include the Global Goals Compass, a tool that provides guidance on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ReGen.rocks, an interactive social learning platform designed to educate young people on sustainability, connect them in a social network and match them with regenerative projects. Additionally, we connect researchers in the field of sustainable development, create innovative e-learning programs, and support companies and organizations in effectively implementing sustainability and regeneration strategies. Our mission is to provide technical skills to youth and women from previously disadvantaged communities. Skills that assist our beneficiaries build sustainable livelihoods.

We strive to create an integrated and innovative approach to education and community development that improves literacy rates and fosters socio-economic well-being with the active support and leadership of the community.
