Medicos del Mundo (MdM) is an independent international association that promotes solidarity and pursues the fulfilment of the fundamental right to health and the enjoyment of a dignified life for any person. Goals are: Help victims of human crises: wars or natural disasters and those living in the less developed areas of the planet. Attend people who live in our country and are in a vulnerable situation MdM has a firm commitment to the values of humanitarian medicine, as access to health is a right of all people, regardless of their place of birth, race, social or sexual estatus or religion.

Our mission's is to provide humanitarian response, developmental programs, basic education and Peace building initiatives in South South Sudan.

Our mission is to provide technical skills to youth and women from previously disadvantaged communities. Skills that assist our beneficiaries build sustainable livelihoods.

We believe no child should be part of war. Ever. Children have the right to grow up in peace, free from fear and violence. To develop their full potential and become the person they want to be. War Child is committed to improve life of hundreds of thousands children in conflicted areas. War Child helps them to process their intense experiences, dare to reconnect with other children again and build self-confidence. They ensure that they learn how to read, write, count and learn a trade. Besides that, they create a safe environment where children can build a stable and above all, peaceful future. War Child does this worldwide. From Colombia to Afghanistan. Not because they like it that much. But because children are entitled to it. That is why they offer psychosocial support, education and protection to refugee and vulnerable children in fourteen countries. Because every child is entitled to a place where they can play safely, learn and recover from all misery.

Medicins sans frontieres is an international humanitarian aid organisation. We offer medical assistance to population in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflicts, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion or political affiliation.

RedR UK provides training and technical support to NGOs, aid workers and communities responding to natural and man-made disasters all over the world. Our expert support ensures that those responding to humanitarian crises - whether or not they are professional aid workers - have the skills to do so safely and effectively.

Established in 1980, SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) has been delivering frontline humanitarian aid for 40 years. SI strives to save lives and change lives, responding to emergencies, strengthening resilience to risks and threats, and creating opportunities to pursue their life prospects, by delivering evidence-based dynamic programmes that provide relevant, effective, efficient and timely humanitarian assistance to vulnerable and marginalised people, and people who have been severely affected by crises. We work in 23 countries across the globe providing access to safe water, sanitation services and facilities, hygiene and shelter assistance, and food security, livelihoods, protection, and cash-based support for over 4.6 million people.

South Sudan Grassroots Initiative for Development (SSGID) is a National non-profit, Humanitarian and Development community organization established in the year 2013 and registered with the Ministry of Justice (Registration Number 1921) and the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (Registration Number 350). SSGID was founded by a group of women and youth of South Sudan with the aim of responding to the ever increasing social, economic, and health challenges affecting the predominantly rural / pastoral population of the Country. SSGID philosophy is based on the principle of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) where target communities are viewed as ASSETS with lots of opportunities, resources and ability to influence their desired outcomes other than as Problem Centres for humanitarian actions. SSGID, therefore, supports communities through a wide range of programmes that are community-driven with a niche on community innovation and problem solving. SSGID's programmes are focussed on vulnerable women and girls because SSGID subscribes to the belief that "if you educate a woman, you educate a nation." In addition women and girls are the worst affected categories of people in South Sudan as far as poverty, education attainment, human rights violation besides being marginalized in development programmes. SSGID also believes that youths play a very key role in transforming societies and are regarded to be having proactive minds towards development as well as being enthusiastic members of the society. SSGID provides Livelihood skills training and capacity building programmes to empower the young women and men in the communities so that they could contribute to their own development and build a resilient and sustainable community Vision Statement: Just, educated, healthy, equitable, peace loving and self-sustaining communities. Objectives: SSGID is driven by the following core objectives in its programme design and interaction with various Promotion and strengthening of sustainable agriculture among women and youth. Improvement of health and solidification of communities' response to emerging health issues. Women and youth empowerment through education and human rights advocacy. Promotion of peaceful co-existence among citizens and proactive participation in good governance stakeholders. Equity Promoting equitable and equal opportunities for all the beneficiaries and in employment in SSGID. Integrity A very high sense of moral and ethical standards in all SSGID dealings with all stakeholders and the public. Transparency and Accountability A very high level of openness and responsibility to all its stakeholders Respect Holding SSGID stakeholders with a high level of esteem and appreciation. Teamwork Always promoting teamwork spirit among its employees. The objectives for which SSGID operates are to ultimately give dignity to the people of South Sudan and to make them realise and enjoy a peaceful coexistence from within South Sudan and with the wider world community. Specifically, this will be achieved through the following objectives: i. Advocate for the large communities' social and development interests. ii. Mobilize local resources and other sources of incomes from individuals, international organisations, State governments and groups in furthering its mission. iii. Promote and carry out research, in furthering of its activities. iv. Promote community activities through singular or join workshops, exhibitions, meetings, lecture classes, seminars and training courses. v. Collect and disseminate information and exchange such information with other bodies having similar objects whether in South Sudan or overseas. vi. To acquire any moveable or immovable property and any buildings or things whatsoever and sell, dispose of Mortgage, lease or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property or rights of the Organization. vii. To enter into any arrangement with any governments or authorities that may seem conducive to the Organization's objects or any of them, and to obtain from such government or authority any rights, privileges and concessions which the Organization may think desirable to obtain. viii. To promote or assist in the promotion of any organization or company or other body having objects similar to those of the Organization. ix. Undertake, execute, manage and/or assist in any charitable work that may be lawfully undertaken, managed or assisted by other organisations. x. Write, publish, print or otherwise reproduce, circulate, gratuitously or otherwise distribute such documents, papers, books, newsletters, periodic, pamphlets or other documents, films and/or record tapes, (whether audio or visual or both) as shall be permitted by the laws of Publication and Access to Information Act of the Republic of South Sudan. xi. Carry out any such other lawful thing as may be necessary for the said objectives. SSGID supports vulnerable communities of South Sudan by acting in the following areas i. Rescue, provide emergency care, rehabilitate and resettle women and children and other IDPs. ii. Promote community health. iii. Improve community water, sanitation and hygiene. iv. Advocate and work for gender empowerment. v. Promote Education in emergency and peace situations. vi. Engage in Peace Building and Human Rights promotion at community level. vii. Promote Youth and women Enterprise and Vocational Skills Development. viii. Carry out Humanitarian Emergencies. ix. Engage in Research and Development. x. Community Skills Development is a community humanitarian organization whose mission is to work with the disadvantaged, destitute, the poor and oppressed to foster integral human transformation this we fulfil by the following: TRANSFORMATIONAL DEVELOPMENT; building capacities, empowering the weak, disadvantaged and vulnerable, PROMOTION OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT; by responding to emergencies, fighting disease and poverty, and nurturing peaceful and just societies; and WORKING WITH COMMUNITY; based organizations, Government Institutions and Churches regardless of Creed, Gender and Tribe

1) Provide timely humanitarian relief in emergencies to help people whose lives have been threatened by conflicts and natural disasters. 2) Assist communities whose social foundations have been destroyed by providing rehabilitation and development cooperation for self-sustainability. 3) Pursue conflict prevention and resolution through our field activities. 4) Raise public awareness by disseminating information on assistance needs. 5) Put forward proposals for improving the effectiveness of relief-providing mechanisms in society.

CARITAS AUSTRIA is an internationally operating non-profit organisation (donations are tax-deductible Reg. Nr. SO1126; equivalent 501(c)(3) US organization) under the mission of the Austrian Catholic church and pursues solely and directly charitable and benevolent objectives. CARITAS AUSTRIA relief work addresses the needy in their entirety, taking also into consideration their physical, psychological and spiritual-religious backgrounds. CARITAS AUSTRIA commits itself to providing assistance to people in need which is done without regard to creed, ethnicity or ideology of those seeking help. In its operations CARITAS AUSTRIA is guided by respect for the dignity and self-determination of the people it serves. There are more than 1,000 places throughout Austria where CARITAS AUSTRIA helps people in need. In the areas of caregiving, supporting people with disabilities, hospices, in the social counseling centers, on assignment for families in need or for older people who cannot afford heating. CARITAS AUSTRIA - this comprises its fulltime staff, but above all, also the roughly 50.000 volunteers and each and every one of you who supports our work. CARITAS AUSTRIA's main activities are aiming at social support and advocacy for those in need. These activities are taking place in Austria and abroad, whereas the main focus is lying on national work in Austria. Inside and outside of Austria, CARITAS AUSTRIA always aims at addressing the basic needs of the vulnerable taking also into consideration their social and cultural background.
