The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) amplifies the voice of the LGBT community by empowering real people to share their stories, holding the media accountable for the words and images they present, and helping grassroots organizations communicate effectively. By ensuring that the stories of LGBT people are heard through the media, GLAAD promotes understanding, increases acceptance, and advances equality.

Sankara Eye Society, Coimbatore was started in India in 1977. This trust had the philanthropic philosophy of providing high quality health care, especially eye care to all, either free or at an affordable cost. In 1998, Sankara Eye Foundation was established to support the work of Sankara Eye Society. Our mission is to attain 20/20 by the year 2020.

Covenant House California (CHC) is a non-profit agency whose mission is to reach out to at-risk homeless youth living on the streets and offer them hope and opportunities to turn their lives around. We help abused or neglected youth who have nowhere else to go. A large number have been thrown out of their homes while others have aged out or left the foster care system with no family, no support, and no one to turn to. Since 1988, CHC has impacted the lives of more than 160,000 homeless youth out of our Los Angeles and Bay Area locations. More than 80% of our funding comes from private donations.

Feed More collects, prepares and distributes food to neighbors in need across 34 cities and counties in Central Virginia. Through comprehensive programs and a network of nearly 300 agencies, Feed More helps ensure our communities have access to healthy meals year round. Feed More is a proud member of Feeding America and Meals on Wheels America. FeedMore's mission is to fight hunger in Central Virginia.

The mission of Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care is to bring expert care, peace of mind, comfort, guidance, and hope to people who are affected by life-limiting illness or by grief. The Dream Builders Project is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in Los Angeles, California in October 2013. Since its beginning, The Dream Builders Project has had one goal in mind: to make a positive difference on the community and the world at large. As a “charity for charities,” The Dream Builders Project is not bound to any particular group or cause. This allows the DBP to join forces with many great and sometimes overlooked charities and nonprofits to make the most profound impact. Some of the main causes The DBP focuses on include homelessness, child abuse and neglect, education, fighting human trafficking, and improving living standards in orphanages across the world. The DBP is dedicated to making the biggest impact per dollar. By doing extensive research and having a vetting system in place, the DBP is able to ensure that all donations and volunteer efforts are spent in the most impactful and productive way possible. Once a genuine organization has been vetted, The DBP is able to provide services including: – financial support – campaign creation and execution – volunteer and administrative support – website marketing and public relations – special events and galas By being a charity for charities, The Dream Builders Project does the leg work to make sure that your time, money, and energy is being spent in most productive and impactful way.

3Generations is a storytelling organization. We support those who have suffered crimes against humanity by enabling them to share their stories. Told in their own words, survivors’ stories cross borders, conflicts and generations. We believe storytelling fosters the healing process and illuminates our common humanity. Hearing survivors’ stories allows people everywhere to better understand the violence and oppression in the world today and demand change. We utilize available technology and distribution channels to collect and share survivors’ stories.
