Leading the fight to end hunger, in partnership with our community and in service of our neighbors in need. Each month, 1 in 4 residents turn to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano for emergency and supplemental food. Many of our neighbors are unable to make ends meet and the Food Bank helps them cover one of life’s basic needs — nutritious food. We strive to serve all people experiencing hunger or food insecurity in Solano and Contra Costa counties and commit to never turn anyone away.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals designed specially for starving children, and FMSC ships the meals to nearly 70 countries around the world.

Razom's mission is to foster Ukrainian democracy and civil society through a global network of experts and organizations supporting democracy activists and human rights advocates throughout Ukraine. Razom serves primary Ukraine and United States of America. We focus our efforts on three activities: 1) Amplifying voices from Ukraine in conversations in the US 2) Building a bridge of trust between citizens in Ukraine and local government bodies 3) Being a catalyst for organizations and individuals to do more to build a successful Ukraine

Their mission is to increase access, retention and graduation rates of students attending our member schools, identify and prepare member schools’ students who have significant leadership potential, and create a pipeline for employers of highly-qualified member-schools, students and alumni.

The mission of Black Girls Code is to provide Black girls access to engaging computer programming education that sparks their interest in technology, unlocks their potential, and leads to more equitable communities. We primarily work with girls ages 7-17, and young women up to age 25 as part of our alumnae program. Through our virtual programs and school and community based programs, we serve approximately 5,000 girls annually. We serve additional young people through our Code Along series via Youtube. Our work spans the globe as we assist law enforcement in rescue efforts and help provide aftercare to all those affected. While we prioritize children, we work to empower the liberation of anyone suffering at the hands of those looking to sexually exploit. We offer vital resources to authorities around the world and work tirelessly to raise awareness and meet survivors on their healing journey. Our resolve never falters, and we will boldly persevere until those in need are safe.

The Foundation seeks sustainable solutions to longterm problems of poverty, with special emphasis on the needs of rural communities in mountainous and other resourcepoor areas. Priority is given to integrated approaches that are communitybased, participatory and innovative, and reinforce civil society and respect local culture. The geographic focus of the Foundation’s work is in East Africa and South and Central Asia.

Founded in 1982 and a certified member of Feeding America, The Houston Food Bank's mission is to provide food for better lives. In the last fiscal year, which includes COVID-19 response, we provided access to 159 million nutritious meals in 18 counties in southeast Texas through our 1,600 community partners of food pantries, soup kitchens, social service providers and schools. Filling gaps on plates, we have a strong focus on healthy foods and fresh produce. In collaboration with our community, we advocate for policy change and racial equity, and promote dialogue on ways to increase access to food and to improve the lives of those in our communities, including services and connections to programs that address the root causes of hunger and are aimed at helping families achieve long-term stability: nutrition education, job training, health management, and help with securing state-funded assistance.

Providing for Yosemite's future is our passion. Yosemite Conservancy is the only philanthropic organization dedicated exclusively to the protection and preservation of Yosemite National Park. We inspire people to support projects and programs that preserve and protect Yosemite National Park's resources and enrich the visitor experience. With the support of our donors, we have completed nearly 500 projects providing more than $90 million in support to Yosemite. We are committed to creating unique opportunities for people to connect with the park, through restoring hiking trails and iconic lookouts, providing outdoor education and volunteer programs.
