Ment’or is a nonprofit organization devoted to inspiring culinary excellence and preserving the traditions and quality of cuisine in America. Our mission is to enhance the careers of ambitious culinary professionals by offering them unique educational opportunities, internships, and access to a Culinary Council of esteemed mentors across the country. The most promising young professionals will also have the opportunity to represent the United States at the prestigious Bocusse d’Or competition, held in Lyon, France biennially.

Operation Gratitude seeks to honor the service of our military and first responders by creating opportunities to express gratitude. In March 2003, Operation Gratitude sent its first four individually addressed care packages to deployed service members in Iraq. In subsequent years, Operation Gratitude grew and intentionally expanded its reach to include recruit graduates, veterans, military families, and first responders. Our actions have served to lift the spirits of more than 3.3 million individuals and have provided opportunities for millions of Americans to express their appreciation for those who serve and protect our nation and their communities. The National Alliance to End Homelessness is a nonpartisan organization committed to preventing and ending homelessness in the United States. The Alliance analyzes data and research so that policymakers, practitioners, and the public have the best information about trends in homelessness and emerging solutions. The Alliance also provides capacity-building assistance to help communities turn policy solutions and proven best practices into viable, on-the-ground programs.

Our mission is to provide support to families of those in the military who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations.  The families of our casualities suffer in many ways, some financially, some psychologically.

Pajama Program's mission is to promote and support and comforting bedtime routine and healthy sleep for all children to help them thrive. Pajama Program provides new pajamas and storybooks, sleep health education, and caring connections to help make bedtime better for children facing adversity and their caregivers. Through innovative, nationwide programming and focused efforts in New York City, Atlanta, and metro-Detroit, Pajama Program makes a comforting bedtime routine and a good night's sleep more accessible. Pajama Program meets its mission with the help of a national network of volunteers, generous donors, and thousands of community-based organizations across the United States, including Puerto Rico. A new pair of shoes can be a life-changing event for a child. School attendance, self-esteem and behavior improve. Physical activity increases. Smiles return. All from an often over-looked item—a good pair of shoes. Our vision is that, one day, every child in America who needs new shoes gets new shoes, allowing all children the opportunity to reach their highest potential.

3Generations is a storytelling organization. We support those who have suffered crimes against humanity by enabling them to share their stories. Told in their own words, survivors’ stories cross borders, conflicts and generations. We believe storytelling fosters the healing process and illuminates our common humanity. Hearing survivors’ stories allows people everywhere to better understand the violence and oppression in the world today and demand change. We utilize available technology and distribution channels to collect and share survivors’ stories.
