Northern Illinois Justice for Our Neighbors' mission is to provide free, high quality immigration legal services, education and advocacy around immigration issues.

The Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project is an award-winning, nationally recognized model of collaboration and legal excellence empowering the immigrant community in Massachusetts with access to justice, hope, and safety. PAIR serves low-income asylum seekers from across the world, unaccompanied minors, and immigrants who are unjustly detained, guiding them through the first step on the journey to becoming United States citizens.

The Refugee Center Online uses technology to help refugees and displaced individuals build new lives in the United States.

Since 1939, Global Refuge (formerly known as Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service) has provided welcome and hope to more than three quarters of a million refugees. We are transforming lives and empowering New Americans with support and resources to begin anew. Our legacy of compassionate service has made a difference in the lives of more than 750,000 people who have sought safety and hope in America’s communities. Our history reflects our own deep immigrant roots and passionate commitment to welcoming newcomers, especially those who are most in need.

The Tanzania Health and Education Mission is a California non-profit, charitable organization established in 2007 in order to support the local health clinics and schools in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. Our mission is to deliver, directly to the people of Tanzania, goods and services to improve their health and education. This includes: 1 - provide medicines and vitamins for rural dispensaries inTanzania, 2 - direct payment of scholarships for student, trainees and nursery school teachers in Tanzania, and 3 - purchase and distribution of food in three rural communities in Tanzania.

Thrive believes that the most powerful experience is studying abroad for three or more months. Our mission is to bring college students to Israel as part of a college program and make it a place to call ‘home’ by immersing themselves in every aspect of life in Israel. Thrive takes a holistic approach ensuring that students understand every aspect of Israel and Judaism over a semester long program attached to universities in Israel. Students who take part in Thrive receive an experience in Israel unlike any other program offered. Thrive seeks to expose college students to all aspects of life in Israel including Jewish holidays, army, kibbutz, Israeli politics, activism, college campus living, language and a general immersion in daily life in Israel.

Working Narratives uses the power of narratives to support social justice movements. We work with movements to tell great stories that inspire, activate and enliven our democracy. We believe that social movements thrive and win when they draw on participants’ personal experiences and local cultures. By telling stories—in the form of performance, radio, video or other media—movements build power, envision new democratic possibilities and change culture and policy.

To inspire and support Chinese Americans to serve in the U.S. armed forces while increasing the awareness and uniting our community in support of such a noble cause!
