Our mission is the preservation and promotion of agriculture- the largest of the Commonwealth's industries. Specifically, the Foundation seeks to: enlighten the public about farming and agriculture; create educational programs for children who may have no other exposure to agriculture; train teachers on agricultural concepts while helping them meet their own continuing education requirements; support farmland preservation; fund scholarships for post-secondary agriculture studies; and promote career opportunities in agriculture.

Deliver nourishing, low cost meals to persons in the Penn Manor School District who are temporarily or permanently ill or disabled, the elderly living alone or homebound, or those who are convalescing; thus enabling our clients to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

To provide consistently nourishing meals, at no cost, to the hungry in our community.

Through organic leadership, Rodale Institute improves the health and well-being of people and the planet. We conduct research on organic farming methods and their impact, assist farmers in successfully transitioning to organic, and educate consumers on the benefits of organic for people and the planet.

It is the MISSION of New Life for Haiti (NLFH) to give children a chance at a future, to meet the urgent needs of families, to foster new economic opportunities and to influence cultural thinking toward a sustainable change within the Grande Anse River Valley on the southern peninsula of Haiti, while acting as the hands and feet of Jesus to bring the life-giving and hopeful message of Christ’s salvation to the Haitian people.

Our vision is a community where no one goes hungry, where compassion, dignity, and respect are extended to all, and where the collective efforts of volunteers, donors, and partners ensure that every person has access to nutritious meals in an inclusive and welcoming environment. We strive to create a space that fosters connection, reduces food insecurity, and empowers individuals through the shared values of kindness and service.

Malnutrition contributes to more than half of all childhood deaths associated with infectious diseases like malaria and pneumonia. They aim to prevent child deaths due to severe acute malnutrition by treating the condition through the production and distribution of fortified foods.
