The Lord's Place is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness by providing innovative, compassionate and effective services to men, women and children in our community.

The Mission of HEP is to provide homeless and very low income individuals and families with housing, food, clothing and support services necessary to obtain self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.

Operation New Hope provides support, life and job skills training for people with a history of involvement with the criminal justice system, and places them in employment that offers a sustainable quality of life.

Habitat for Humanity South Sarasota County is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operating on Christian principles that seeks to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope.

To provide homeless individuals and families with the resources and opportunities by which to attain residential, financial and personal stability and self-sufficiency. The FKOC further seeks to address the underlying causes of homelessness and work toward its elimination in Monroe County, Florida.

To support our mission, we also advocate on behalf of homeless women, youth and children to raise awareness of their special needs; inspire innovative, holistic solutions that truly break the cycle of childhood abuse, domestic violence and homelessness; and advance research and enlightened social policies to end homelessness.

Dedicated to providing programs and services to promote the health and well-being of seniors, their families, and their community. OCSi aims to provide programs and services that will foster our participants' physical, emotional and educational needs in a friendly and respectful environment. We will deploy a state of the art knowledge and established best practices so that our seniors can LIVE LEARN and THRIVE.

Their mission is to provide resources and materials that promote health, well-being and education to their county's foster, kinship, and at-risk children and youth. They are available to assist children and youth in foster or resource care, youth in crisis pregnancy and homeless children and families. They make this effort to encourage the community to foster, advocate for families and offer hope of a better future for the children in their county.
