Founded in July 1992, JOIN works with homeless individuals and families who are sleeping on the street and not already engaged with another service provider. Homeless individuals working with JOIN envisioned a facility providing expanded basic services and outreach to homeless individuals within the context of a holistic response that also promotes individual dignity. This has evolved into an innovative and highly successful housing placement effort based on a "Housing First" approach.

Shelter Partnership, Inc. is a nonprofit organization collaboratively solving homelessness in Los Angeles County through policy analysis, program design, resource development, and advocacy in support of agencies and local government that serve the homeless.

CaringWorks is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals and families by helping them to achieve greater personal and economic self-sufficiency. By providing a place to live and support to change their lives, we help our clients make crucial steps toward independence and greater quality of life. Our services include case management, counseling, job readiness supports and more. When we help our clients in crisis, promote their personal growth, and nurture them to become stakeholders invested in where they live, we create stronger, healthier communities for all. We believe that all people deserve the basic necessities of life, and that the community in which we live is called to serve this purpose. To this end, it is the mission of the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless to provide safe shelter, food, support services, and an avenue to self-sufficiency for homeless adults in Boulder and Broomfield Counties, Colorado.

ACCESS is dedicated to addressing the plight of homeless women and children in our community. We make sure that our neighbors have food on their tables and roofs over their heads.We serve clients in Washington State's Greater North Seattle, including Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Bothell, and Kenmore.

Step Up delivers compassionate support to people experiencing serious mental health issues, and persons who are experiencing chronic homelessness, to help them recover, stabilize, and integrate into the community. Through dynamic partnerships, we provide positive social and learning environments, vocational training, permanent supportive housing opportunities, and recovery services to empower individuals to cultivate lives of hope and dignity. We exercise innovative leadership and advocacy to increase public understanding, support and acceptance of all people living with serious mental health issues.

We believe every child deserves a lifelong, permanent connection. We believe that people raise children, not systems. Through this belief, we have created our Promise of Permanency. For every child that enters a Boys & Girls Aid program, we promise to prepare youth for permanency, advocate on their behalf for permanency and help them find resources for their permanency. Permanency means a lifelong commitment between and with an adult and child. By providing each child with a permanent committed adult, they will receive the guidance, stability and emotional support needed to be a successful adult in their community.

Formerly known as Alpha House of Tampa offers homeless pregnant women and mothers with young children safe housing and the tools they need to become self-sufficient and effective responsible parents.
