The Western Home Foundation raises and stewards charitable gifts to support Western Home Communities — funding scholarships, amenities, and long‑term endowment support to improve life and care for residents and to support staff development. It exists to secure philanthropic resources that enhance quality of life across the Western Home Communities campus.

The Haven of Grace provides a safe, faith‑based maternity residence and supportive programs helping pregnant, unhoused women and their children move from homelessness toward stable independence through shelter, education, case management and long‑term supports.

Suncoast Charities for Children raises funds through public events and other fundraising activities and uses those proceeds to provide grants and support to local nonprofit agencies that serve children, teens, and adults with special needs. Their work also funds the Suncoast Foundation and helps maintain facilities used by partner agencies so program dollars can stay focused on services.

COTS provides emergency shelter, services, and housing for people who are without homes or who are marginally housed. COTS advocates for long-term solutions to end homelessness. We believe: in the value and dignity of very human life; that housing is a fundamental human right; that emergency shelter is not the solution to homelessness.

GEDCO works with faith- and community partners to strengthen Baltimore by providing affordable and supportive housing, emergency and community services, and programs for older adults and people experiencing homelessness. Its work focuses on meeting neighbors’ physical, economic, and social needs while building connected, compassionate communities.

The mission of Hope of the Valley is to attract people and resources to assist in the effort of meeting the needs of every hungry and homeless man, woman and child who seek our services. Cedar Lake provides residential, community-based, and enrichment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the greater Louisville area. The organization focuses on supportive housing, day/enrichment programs, job services, therapies and transportation so people can live as fully and independently as possible.

Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, community and hope. Vision: A world where everyone has a decent place to live.

The Lord’s Place is a non‑sectarian, Palm Beach County social‑impact agency that works to break the cycle of homelessness. It provides supportive and permanent housing, job training and placement (social‑enterprise programs), street outreach, reentry services, and clinical/care coordination to help people secure stable housing and employment.

Emmaus House of Saginaw provides faith‑based transitional housing and support to women returning from jail, prison, or rehabilitation, helping them rebuild stable lives. The program offers sober, family‑style homes plus recovery supports, life‑skills guidance, and connections to counseling and community resources to promote long‑term reintegration.

The Federation operates a county soup kitchen and food pantry, provides emergency food 24/7 and seasonal warming-center support, and offers housing/utility assistance programs (including services for people living with HIV/AIDS). In short, they deliver meals, emergency food aid, and short-term housing/utility support to people facing homelessness or housing crisis in Sullivan County.

Jubilee Park & Community Center works alongside neighbors in Southeast Dallas to drive neighborhood revitalization and enrichment. It focuses on strengthening families and individuals through programs in education, health and wellness, housing/workforce support, food and emergency assistance, and safety to improve long-term community stability.
