Unfortunately, many people don't have regular access to essential hygiene products or can't afford them, which can have a significant impact on their self-esteem and overall health. At CareBag Inc., we are committed to helping those who are struggling with hygiene insecurity. Our mission is to provide school-aged children and young adults in need with essential hygiene products to support their health, boost their confidence, and improve their hygiene education. We understand that it's challenging for some individuals to get the items they need to feel clean and healthy, which is why we have two mobile shower units and a mobile hygiene pantry to help meet their needs. Our vision for the future is that everyone living in the US has access to essential hygiene products to feel their best and live their lives to the fullest. The Midnight Mission offers a path to self-sufficiency to men, women and children who have lost everything. Our emergency services, 12-step recovery programs, job training, education and work programs offer a compassionate bridge to productive lives. We remove obstacles, and provide the accountability and structure that the people who are experiencing homelessness need to rejoin their communities. Our conviction and commitment to their success defines us.

Wind Youth Services provides supportive services and opportunities to youth experiencing homelessness as they pursue self-determined lives of stability and independence. Wind strives to engage youth experiencing homelessness who need safety from the streets and access to resources to help them move from crisis to healthy functioning and independence. Wind Youth Services is Sacramento County's only program serving homeless youth. Through our programs and services, Wind Youth Services provides homeless and at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 24 with basic safety net services and a safe place to stay.

At Samaritan House, we believe in a community of hope through neighbor helping neighbor. Our mission is to mobilize the resources of our community to help those among us who are in need. Our dedicated professional staff and volunteers work together to provide food, access to shelter, healthcare, and a broad range of supportive services. We preserve dignity, promote self sufficiency, and provide hope.

SBP solves the challenges facing at-risk communities by bringing the rigor of business and innovation to reduce risk, create resilient communities and streamline recovery.SBP works across the disaster preparedness and recovery continuum to drive direct impact and by sharing knowledge, people and funding. By taking a holistic approach, SBP shrinks the time between disaster and recovery in three intersecting ways—advocate, build and prepare.SBP advocates for policy and system change and advises state and local leaders to run disaster recovery programs more efficiently and effectively to create transformational change and scale impact.SBP builds resilient communities efficiently and effectively.SBP prepares individuals, communities and organizations to mitigate risk and speed recovery.

We care for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in our community through services that alleviate suffering, promote dignity and instill self-sufficiency… as an expression of the ongoing ministry of Jesus Christ.

SOME (So Others Might Eat) is an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation's capital. We meet the immediate daily needs of the people we serve with food, clothing and health care. We help break the cycle of homelessness by offering services, such as affordable housing, job training, addiction treatment, and counseling, to the poor the elderly and individuals with mental illness.

YouthCare builds confidence and self-sufficiency for homeless youth by providing a continuum of care that includes outreach, basic services, emergency shelter, housing, counseling, education, and employment training.

Mighty Hero Homes exist to eradicate veteran homelessness by providing affordable, permanent homes to all homeless veterans in safe environments with a full array of on-Base amenities and wraparound services. Homeless to Home Ownership is the objective for each Base resident. Because They Deserve Better! It is time to end the institution of veteran homelessness. Measurable generational change will occur in hundreds of American cities because of the infusion of healthy, hopeful, and productive American heroes in the communities where Mighty Hero Home Bases are installed. Veterans will become vital contributors in the societies that welcome, support, and embrace their residency. Mighty Hero Home Bases will provide Base residents with employment opportunities, health care and wellness services, and other amenities such as a commissary, gardens, green space, indoor and outdoor congregation areas, etc. Support from the communities where the Bases are built is mission critical. As such, Mighty Hero Homes will recruit and empower local businesses, churches, and other civic organizations to sponsor each Base resident.
